The wooden-themed room was very quiet and cozy, with a large and comfortable bed. Perfect for a short ski trip. Direct access to the blue and red runs from the 16th floor is super convenient. The service was attentive, and both luggage and food deliveries were brought up to the room. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel service was fantastic! They helped me arrange a late check-out, so we could come back to the room to rest after skiing at around 1 PM before checking out. The breakfast was also delicious! Highly recommend during the off-season when it's less crowded!

Highly recommend this hotel! As soon as we walked in, the concierge was very polite and proactively helped us with our luggage. There was no queue when we arrived, and check-in at the front desk was very quick. We asked for information about skiing, and the answers were very professional. The room size was just right, and the hygiene was good. The lobby design looked very comfortable. Upon check-out, they also asked if we had a car and reminded us to register our license plate before leaving. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with attentive service, a very satisfying stay.

I highly recommend the ski floor! Staying on the 16th floor was incredibly convenient; I could just step out and start skiing, with an exclusive accessway. I was very satisfied with the hotel service, and the hotel environment was also excellent. I particularly loved the hotel's design, especially the painting in the lobby. The only downside was the toothbrush; a few bristles came off in my mouth while brushing. I hope that next time I stay, the toiletries will match the hotel's star rating.
