I highly recommend the ski floor! Staying on the 16th floor was incredibly convenient; I could just step out and start skiing, with an exclusive accessway. I was very satisfied with the hotel service, and the hotel environment was also excellent. I particularly loved the hotel's design, especially the painting in the lobby. The only downside was the toothbrush; a few bristles came off in my mouth while brushing. I hope that next time I stay, the toiletries will match the hotel's star rating.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's biggest selling point is direct access to the ski slopes, which is incredibly convenient for anyone here to ski. Waking up to a snowy view and being able to hit the slopes almost immediately after getting ready, without any fuss, made the whole experience incredibly smooth. Another huge plus is that hotel guests get an hour head start on regular visitors to the ski resort. The slopes are much less crowded in the morning, and the snow is cleaner, so you don't have to wait in long lines. You can get in several runs before the crowds arrive, which significantly enhances the skiing experience. This early access is especially valuable for those who prefer quiet skiing and want to avoid peak traffic. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the location, convenience, and the overall skiing experience. It's perfectly suited for anyone coming specifically for a ski vacation. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next ski trip.

We loved the hotel's facilities and convenient ski setup so much that we extended our stay by another day. Besides the thoughtful service, the complimentary happy hour from the package was also incredibly convenient. It's a simple little buffet with fruits and small dishes, perfect for a light bite after a tiring day of skiing, which was exactly what I needed.

The hotel's environment is excellent, and the service is genuinely heartfelt. The fireplace is definitely the highlight of this hotel. The bedding is incredibly soft, making for a very comfortable night's sleep. The restaurant's breakfast is semi-buffet style, and all the dishes are delicious. I think the Eggs Benedict were the best, and the waffles were also great. The skiing included in the package was a fantastic experience. The hotel's own simple meals were also thoughtfully prepared and perfect for a quick refuel during ski breaks. The ambiance at the mountaintop bar was also lovely, and the lamb chops we ordered were incredibly fresh and tasty. All the staff members were very dedicated and had excellent service attitudes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I was having such a great time, really impressed with the hotel's decor, facilities, and service... until I took a shower in the evening. The first stream of water from the showerhead was reddish-orange... I quickly grabbed my phone to record this red water, and then the real show began... a bug was swimming in the tub! I was terrified!

The service was excellent, and the package was very comprehensive, including tickets for snow activities and the water park, plus two cocktails. The cocktails were also quite good. Not many people were using the gym, so I had the gym and pool all to myself. It was a very comfortable weekend stay.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, tidy, and well-designed with a sensible layout. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. I particularly liked the wooden shelf for towels and toiletries; it felt separate but clear, and provided enough space for a change of clothes. Most of the lights could be turned off at night, which ensured a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, but it would have been even better if it were slightly firmer; it was a bit too soft overall. I purchased the ski package, which included complimentary drinks from the first round of the minibar. The minibar had four different types of beverages, thoughtfully catering to various tastes and ages. You could really tell they put effort into it. Indeed, from check-in onwards, I consistently experienced excellent service quality 👍 The next day's breakfast buffet offered many local specialties like xiaolongbao, potstickers, chicken soup, and douhua... I was very satisfied. This is definitely a hotel I'll return to!
