Unexpectedly good, I'm very satisfied. I booked a package on the ski-themed floor, which included concierge and lounge access. The food was also excellent, and all the hotel staff were very warm and friendly. On Saturday evening, the day I checked in, I even got to see the fireworks and light show at Dishui Lake.

We chose the voco Shanghai Snow World hotel for my child's birthday trip to Yao Xue Water World. I'd mentioned it was for a birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged some decorations and even provided a cake, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious and very clean. It's a bit of a shame there's no direct walkway to the Water World, but it's still a quick walk outside. If you're here for skiing, it's even more convenient as the 16th floor has direct access to the ski slopes – an absolutely fantastic experience!

The hotel service was excellent this time around. They even let us have a late check-out in the afternoon, which made for a fantastic overall experience. The breakfast spread was ample, and we were able to get in an hour early. I'll definitely be back!

The room came with a Sony TV, a SMEG kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The first round of the mini-bar was complimentary. The room also featured wooden elements, and the concierge service was excellent and prompt. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This is my second stay at Intercontinental Yaoxue, and the front desk service was incredibly thoughtful! They proactively added me on WeChat during check-in, so I could communicate any needs online at any time. They even helped arrange a robot to deliver my takeout orders to the room, and their response time was super fast. We also received drink vouchers, which was a nice perk. The hotel has direct access to the Water World, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the attention to detail in their service was perfect. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Dishui Lake!

Our two families, traveling with kids, stayed at the Hyatt Centric Shanghai Snow City and it far exceeded our expectations! The hotel is right next to the world's largest indoor ski resort, Snow World, so it's just a short walk downstairs – super convenient for skiing with little ones. The rooms have a cozy, natural Scandinavian design with thoughtful details. The public areas have a fantastic snowy vibe that the kids absolutely loved. The service was warm and attentive, and the heated pool water was nice and warm. Both families had an amazing time; it's an excellent choice for a family ski vacation. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access, with a dedicated passage on the 16th floor leading directly to the ski slopes. A big shout-out to the front desk staff for their patient explanation of the hotel facilities during check-in, and especially to our butler, Tina. Her service was professional and meticulous throughout our stay, always answering our questions promptly, whether they concerned ski passes or room requests. She was incredibly friendly and approachable. Highly recommend! We'll definitely choose this place again when we bring our family for skiing next time!

I stayed for two nights at the InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland and my overall experience was more 'hassle-free' than I expected. I prioritized the skiing experience, so I added access to the 16th-floor ski-in/ski-out area. It truly lived up to its name: from getting ready and accessing the slopes to packing up, there was no need for repeated back-and-forth, making time management much more relaxed. Compared to similar experiences I've had at Guangzhou Sunac and Shenzhen Huafa, this one offered a more solid overall value for money. Especially for those with consecutive activities planned, the hotel's convenience directly impacts your mood for the day; staying here simply felt easier and smoother. I also want to commend housekeeping. While they aren't as 'visible' as the front desk, I could clearly feel that the cleanliness was maintained consistently: the room was thoroughly cleaned, daily supplies were replenished promptly, and details were handled quite well; the public areas also maintained a good sense of tidiness. Throughout my two-night stay, the hygiene level remained reassuringly high. The staff handled things efficiently, without being intrusive but ensuring everything was in order. Overall, the 'goodness' of this hotel is substantial and not built on exaggerated gimmicks. If I have another ski trip, I will prioritize staying here again.
