Plott The One Sokcho Xiella The Beach

It was a bit disappointing that cleaning services incurred an extra charge, even for consecutive nights. However, the accommodation was clean and well-located, so I had a pleasant stay overall! I would definitely consider returning.

I was on a business trip to Goseong during the week and couldn't find a suitable place to stay, so I searched around and booked this place for a really cheap price. The view of Sokcho from the high floor, right in front of the beach, will probably stick with me for a while.

So incredibly clean, and the infinity pool view could easily rival any 5-star hotel. The location is right in front of Deungdae Beach, and parking was easy. The service was also excellent. Extending our stay until 2 PM for 10,000 won an hour was incredibly useful for us as we woke up late! Wishing you continued success! 🙃

The location is great, close to Sokcho Market, and the accommodation itself is fantastic. I loved that the bed was tucked away, leaving a comfortable living room area with a sofa, perfect for dining in. But the best part was definitely the pool! The view was absolutely insane – you could see the Ferris wheel in the distance on one side, and then the lake (or is it a lagoon?) and the ocean. I swam for hours without even realizing it. So beautiful!!

As soon as the two of us walked into the room, we both said "Wow!" We were really impressed. For this price point, we're extremely satisfied with the accommodations. There are three elevators in total, and since we visited after a long holiday, there was almost no waiting time and they were quite fast. The parking lot also had spacious spots; even with a large sedan over 5 meters long, there was plenty of room. The view speaks for itself – absolutely stunning and we couldn't be happier.

The location is fantastic, offering views of Yeongrangho Lake, Ulsanbawi Rock, the East Sea, and even Bongpo Mugeuri House all at once. It's a new building, so I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to experience 'sick building syndrome' – the new house smell is really overpowering. Since it's self check-in/out, I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they were very friendly and responsive to all my requests. It wasn't a terrible experience, but if I had known it was an investment-type residence in a tourist area, I probably wouldn't have booked it, even for a quick, reasonably priced overnight stay.
