The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa

I slipped and fell in the shower, it was not a shower stall .. it was a bathtub w the shower head. Otherwise, all was terrific

The hotel is in need of a boost of energy. It lacked the core emphasis on hospitality. Overall, it is situated in a beautiful area. However, next time in the area, I will be looking to stay at the Hampton Inn. It is better kept with a more well rounded setup for daily practicality. Or, an inexpensive motel that is equally clean, similar condition exterior, yet, with a fraction of the price and inconvenience.

We love the Equinox. We usually stay here during ski season. Always looking forward to rest after a long day of ski. Amenities are amazing, the restaurant and bar are great to eat and hangout.

Hot tub nor sauna we’re working. This is pretty important for a ski Hotel, or anyone that bills themselves as a spa.

The staff were lovely but the property is definitely showing signs of age and neglect. The property needs to be cleaned up and maintained a bit better. Hot tub wasn't working when we were there.

Room was great. The hallways, lobby and bar area were very cold (understand very cold out but they need to do something about this, you shouldnt have to wear a coat inside). Staff just seemed focused on doing what they need to do...just a simple good morning with eye contact.

We have been staying at the Equinox for over 35 yrs. Love the whole scene and vibe. Love the pool and hot tub. Love the big real wood fireplace.

Unfortunately with the heat not working in our room, it wasn’t as enjoyable as it could have been. Also the inconvenience of having to walk on the unplowed and unshoveled paths to the pool, spa and fitness area was not ideal. Equinox has so much potential but needs updates and improvements. It’s a bit outdated, but our stay was primarily enjoyable.
