Amari Don Muang Airport Bangkok

I've used this hotel many times when flying from Don Mueang Airport. I was disappointed in March when the connecting bridge was closed, but now it's finally open, which makes me very happy! Depending on the room, but luckily, this time my room didn't have any sewer smell from the bathroom. I will definitely use this hotel again when I fly from Don Mueang Airport.

After exiting T1 at Don Mueang Airport, you can take the skybridge directly from the 2nd floor to the hotel lobby. No need to drag your luggage outside the airport. The room we stayed in this time was very spacious – you could open your suitcases anywhere without a problem! If you're someone who's very particular about sleep safety, make sure to check for connecting doors as soon as you check in. If there is one, immediately request a regular room at the front desk. Don't be like me and only discover it late at night, sacrificing a whole night's sleep quality.

The staff were very helpful with arrangements for taxis and other transportation, which was especially reassuring for my first trip to Thailand. Overall, the hotel had a calm and serene atmosphere, which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay during their trip. The staff's smiles and thoughtfulness left a lasting impression, and I truly felt that choosing this hotel was a great decision. A big part of why this trip became such a wonderful memory was the comfortable stay I had at this hotel. I stayed here because I had an early morning flight, it's pretty standard, similar to a transit hotel in China. They offer a free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning. It took about ten minutes to get to the departure level, even with some traffic during rush hour.

The hotel is right across from the airport. Although the sky bridge connecting to the airport was closed, it's still a very short walk if you go along the road below. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and it was a thoughtful touch to have body lotion and conditioner provided on the bathroom sink.

Location: Conveniently close to Don Mueang Airport, within walking distance. Room: Spacious and clean, with a very comfortable and soft bed. Service: The reception staff are friendly and helpful.

I used this hotel for a few hours during my transit, going back and forth. Currently, it's undergoing renovations, so it's not directly connected to the airport. You have to take a shuttle bus, but the bus takes a while to arrive. If you tell the staff at the Amari Hotel counter in the airport that you'd like to walk, they'll give you directions. You'll get to the hotel faster than taking the bus, so I recommend it if you only have carry-on luggage. The room was impeccably clean, there's absolutely nothing to complain about.
