Service: The hotel lobby was under renovation, and the skybridge from the airport to the hotel was temporarily closed. However, the staff at the international arrivals desk were very thoughtful; they accompanied us across another skybridge and led us in through the hotel's back entrance. The front desk was very busy, but a staff member asked us to sit down, prepared our key cards, and informed us of the waiting time. Cleanliness: The room had been renovated and was generally clean and tidy. The hotel also thoughtfully provided three sets of toothbrushes and towels, knowing there were three of us. Location: Without the construction, it would have been very convenient. Taking a taxi from the hotel to BKK airport at 9 AM took an hour.

I chose a hotel near the airport because I had an early flight, and honestly, that was a terrible decision. Do not stay here! My friend and I (two girls) were absolutely terrified. Around 1 AM, the lights in our room suddenly turned on by themselves. We turned them off, and a few minutes later, they came back on and started flickering. The hotel staff offered no real explanation, just a room change. We're both easily scared, and having the mirror facing both the toilet and the bed in the room made us incredibly uncomfortable. We just couldn't relax there. We checked out at 1:30 AM and went straight to the airport, where we barely slept. I'm just glad this happened on the last day of our trip, otherwise, it would have really ruined everything.

I didn't expect much from a transit hotel, but the biggest issues I found were that the air conditioning couldn't be turned off and the facilities were so old that it was incredibly noisy! If you're staying here for a flight, make sure to listen carefully as soon as you enter the room to ensure the air conditioning's loud noise won't disturb your sleep. Otherwise, you'll end up like me, exhausted but unable to sleep all night, and it's impossible to change rooms once you've settled in and realized how loud the AC is.
