Breakfast was fine, and the location was good – only a 5-minute walk to the night market. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Check-out took a full 20 minutes; they checked everything so thoroughly, you'd think I was stealing something. On the morning of August 18, 2026, my fourth day there, it was raining heavily and the entire hotel experienced a power outage. Later that evening, around 9 PM local time, the power tripped twice more, plunging the whole hotel into darkness each time. Although power was restored within a minute for all three incidents, having it go out like that at night really gave me a fright. It would be terrifying if you're afraid of the dark, especially with the sound of the waves adding to it. Honestly, many shops on the street outside had power outages that day, but I never expected the hotel to be affected as well.

Arrived at the hotel in the evening, check-in was swift. We booked a room that included a free 40-minute spa session daily. We stayed in a sea view executive suite, which was spacious, and the sea view was absolutely stunning (though unfortunately, it rained almost every day of our 5-night stay, so we missed out on the sunset views). The cleanliness was great; the room was cleaned daily. For transportation, it's about a 40-minute drive to the southern sunset town and a 30-minute drive to the northern Pearl Land or Great World. The night market is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The beach, however, had very strong waves and was rocky with sea urchins, making it unsuitable for swimming. But the hotel's sea view infinity pool more than made up for it. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. One minor point: the bathtub area in the bathroom only had a curtain for privacy, which might be a bit inconvenient if sharing a room with friends. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay for a holiday.

The hotel is very close to the night market, within walking distance. It's a five-star hotel, but it's a bit disappointing that there's no water dispenser for guests to refill their water bottles. The hotel facilities generally feel a bit old. I had to wait for housekeeping to inspect the room before checking out, which was a first for me. I recall that only older hotels or those catering to tour groups usually inspect rooms upon check-out.

Felt right at home from the moment we arrived with a welcome drink. The hotel is located by the sea 🏝️, offering incredibly spacious rooms with unbeatable sea views. They also provide airport transfer services.

Free airport shuttle, excellent facilities, and great staff service. The buffet offers a wide variety of food with ample serving times. The only minor downsides are the TV and internet, which are a bit subpar.

The infinity pool is amazing, and the hotel is right by the ocean with fantastic views. I'm sure it would be an even better experience if the weather were good. Overall, it's great.

Breakfast was okay, but refills for the food were a bit slow. The restaurant lights were already turned off before 10 AM.
