The room has a great view and the location is super convenient, with a sea view outside the window similar to the Peninsula Hotel. However, the windows are single-paned, so the soundproofing isn't very good, and it gets quite noisy from the cars outside at night. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in an excellent location. The staff provided outstanding service and were always friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Let's start with the positives: The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The front desk service was also acceptable; initially, I was given a room on too low a floor, and my 'sea view' room offered only a partial glimpse of the ocean. After some back and forth, they eventually allowed me to switch rooms. Now for the negatives: The soundproofing in the room is terrible. For two nights, the kids next door—about 4 or 5 of them—were playing and being noisy late into the night, with constant door opening/closing sounds and talking. On top of that, because the room was roadside, there was a continuous barrage of car noise from below. The soundproofing is simply awful.

The location is fantastic, right across the road from the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station. The room was clean, with a bathtub and comfortable bedding. The sea view is beautiful, and the air conditioning was nice and cold. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel also has a great sense of history.

Great location, service, cleanliness and breakfast. It’s the YMCA so it shares their sport facilities like pool, squash courts, fitness center and gym. We loved it here.

Unbelievable YMCA Hong Kong. The views of the harbour are incredible and this hotel is right next door to the peninsula hotel they gave me a panda for my birthday and an upgrade as well. Thank you Hotel YMCA.
