A beautifully appointed boutique hotel within walking distance of Suizenji garden. There is no parking space in the hotel but staff will park your car in the sister hotel just across the street for you so make sure you take everything you need from your car when you checkin . Service staff all very friendly and kind. Most speak a little English. Breakfast and Kaiseki dinner one of the best we have had in Japan. Dinner is served in a private room . Free alcoholic beverages available in the evenings. They do not have a big onsen for which you need to take a one minute walk to the sister hotel to use free of charge. They however have private onsens which you can reserve for your personal use. All in an excellent hotel . Highly recommended.

The staffs are very helpful and polite. There is free drinks every night from 7pm to 9 pm. Including sake and wine which is rare. Free hot bath for family but must book . Basically this is a good hotel , worth for the money

The room was very comfortable! The private hot spring was unique – you must try it sometime! Parking is free!

The room was new and the service was good. You absolutely must try the complimentary 60-minute hot spring bath; although it's a large public bath, the environment is very comfortable. The location is a 3-minute walk from Suizen-ji Temple and about a 17-minute taxi ride from Kumamoto Castle. Breakfast and dinner were also delicious.

This boutique hotel offers excellent service, a generous breakfast, and rooms that are much more spacious than other hotels. The only downside is that there's only one room key, which you have to return every time you enter or leave.
