We stayed one night at Dar Dadicilef and had an amazing experience. Our room was spacious, lovely and clean, and of course blue to keep with the traditional vibe of Chefchaouen! The father and son who run the hotel were welcoming and friendly, and when we ran into them at a local restaurant, they were happy to chat and give lots of amazing recommendations! The breakfast provided was exceptional and we got the opportunity to eat in the lovely sunny garden (we still dream about the homemade cake)! The price we paid was completely reasonable, if not even a little low for how well we were treated and how nice the accommodation was. We already look forward to coming back!

Dar Dadicilef was my sanctuary from the Medina. The father and son who run the place were incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The beds had extra bankets so I stayed very cozy all night. The breakfast was always so delicious. Every night they start a fire and you can relax, read a book, listen to people strum the guitar and chat with other travelers. I really loved my experience here and highly recommend. I stayed in the 4 bed mixed dorm, I’m sure the private rooms are even nicer. I hope to be back.

It’s more than what you’d expect from a “budget stay” we got one of the private rooms and it was very very reasonable for two nights. The place is adorable and blue, of course. The man running the front is sweet and welcoming. There is no heating in the room, so if traveling during winter months like I did, keep that in mind. It got quite cold inside but they provided us with many thick warm blankets so not too big of an issue!

We stayed here for 2 nights and Abdul and his father were lovely. The Dar is beautiful inside and the outdoor courtyard is very relaxing whilst having breakfast. The room was a decent size with a ensuite bathroom. There does appear to be some rooms set up as dorm rooms. There were no toiletries in the room however such as shampoo, soap etc. I was given a hairdryer when asked for the duration of the stay. Abdul had some great restaurant recommendations that we wouldn't of found on our own. We would stay here again,

Abdhul and his father were super awesome! The place was a little tough to find, make sure to have the location because cellular data in Chefchaouen was a bit spotty for me. But I had help from locals to find it and once there the hosts were very welcoming. Everything was clean, wifi was good, and an amazing breakfast was included.

Lovely, clean and spacious accommodation with a huge marble bathtub. There is a lovely garden around the back, which was perfect for our generous breakfast. Our hosts were kind, welcoming and helpful. Quiet and comfortable - I can thoroughly recommend this delightful accommodation.

Nice little place in a great position in the medina, not far from the main square and kasbah. We stayed in the cheapest twin room which is very small and you need to walk down to the ground floor to use the shared toilet. Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They speak several laguages, including very good English. The view from the roof terrace, particularly at sunset, is wonderful and the free breakfast served in the ground floor garden is great. Very good value overall but next time we would pay a little extra for one of the larger rooms.

The hostel is kinda nice but the owners are really bad at management we book our room for one nights we paid cash and we left our Luggage and we went out until 21.00 pm then we decide to go back and rest and they surprised us that our room is cancelled and he offer us to pass the night in a square small room with loads of luggage for unfair price. So make sure that your room is not already booked 😉. i just wanna add that the hostel close at 23.30 or 00.00 as maximum 🤷🏻♂️ if you're welling to pass the night out it's not your place.
