As expected of an Aman hotel, we had the best hospitality, the best views, and the best room. As it was our first Aman hotel, it had an antique feel, but the space was impeccable no matter where you looked. The breakfast was consistently delicious, and one of the joys of staying at an Aman hotel. It was a great trip!

My solo trip led me to my first Aman resort. Although it's 37 years old, recent renovations have resulted in exceptionally well-maintained facilities. Each room is a standalone Thai-style building. While most rooms don't offer sea views, the views from the public areas more than make up for it. Of course, Aman's greatest strength lies in creating a secluded haven for complete relaxation, and Amanpuri embodies this perfectly. The atmosphere is incredibly tranquil and comfortable, with three swimming pools and a soft white sand beach perfect for relaxing. Furthermore, all the staff are incredibly welcoming yet maintain a respectful distance, always observing from a distance or out of sight, sometimes even anticipating your needs. What surprised me most was that a conversation I had with one staff member was later confirmed by another – an incredible level of service unmatched by any other hotel. If you're looking for the ultimate exclusive experience in Phuket, I would definitely recommend Aman.

Upgraded to an ocean view pool room was a complete surprise; a quick check revealed it cost 35,000 RMB, which made me quite nervous. Facilities: Although the hotel opened in 1988, all facilities were remarkably well-maintained, far exceeding my expectations. Also, the entire room was made of wood (including the washbasin), yet there wasn't a single water stain – how did they manage that? Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless. While rinsing my swim trunks out of sand, I accidentally pulled out the sink plug and found the area underneath was spotless. Environment: Fantastic. The place was spacious with few guests; I only saw a handful of people. Service: The attention to detail was amazing. The beach outside Aman was incredibly smooth, but the feel underfoot was completely different next door. Before water activities, staff brought out specially sized swimsuits for children from the room – such thoughtful touches!
