Nupera Hotel

Black mold in the bathroom. They really dragged their feet with check-in, and then they lied. I had a reservation for a room with a window and a large bed, but they gave me one with two beds and a fake window. When I complained, they told me to leave. They refused to refund my money. On top of all that, the hairdryer in the room was broken, water was leaking from under the sink onto the floor, and the toilet was very dirty. There was a very strong air freshener smell throughout the entire hotel and in the rooms. The hotel is located off to the side, away from other hotels, in a deserted alley. Closer to Istiklal, there are many hotels at the same price but with much better conditions. We were tired and thought we would just stay for one night, but in the end, we left because it was very unpleasant to be there. They did not refund our money. It's a shame I didn't read reviews about it on other sites earlier. Everywhere it has a very low rating and many conflicts.

Great location. Quiet area. Close to the metro, street, tower, restaurants, and shops.

I really loved the hotel! Everything was close by, clean, and comfortable. Special thanks to the staff for their care ❤️ After checking out, I left my suitcase at the hotel, and before my flight, they provided me with a room to comfortably change and pack. Their attentiveness was truly appreciated! 🫶🏻

Extremely satisfied with the hotel! Excellent location - within walking distance of Taksim Square. They let me check in earlier than the standard time, which I'm very grateful for! The single room was compact but very clean, and everything worked perfectly!

Small hotel, which is fine for the price if you just need a place to sleep that's cheap and in a good location. In that case, you don't really pay attention to some of the shortcomings. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early, thank you.
