Qingyan Yifang Courtyard Homestay

Very satisfied. It's a very quiet little courtyard in the old town. The owner is friendly and welcoming. He picked us up from the east gate and helped with our luggage. He also helped us arrange a motorcycle taxi when we left. The room was beautiful and the bedding was very comfortable. I would definitely come again if I have the chance.

The courtyard was very quiet and beautifully maintained. We booked a twin room, which was very clean and comfortable. The landlady was also very welcoming. We arrived a little late on our first night, and she personally picked us up and roasted sweet potatoes for us, which were very sweet!

Hidden in a backstreet, this small courtyard offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. It had only two rooms, and the owners were incredibly welcoming, constantly offering us tea. Our family of four had no problem sleeping comfortably on the two large tatami beds. There was a beautiful and affectionate cat in the courtyard; the children were reluctant to leave when we checked out.

The room was very clean, and the rocking chair was very comfortable; you could feel the owner's attention to detail. The location was also great, just on a back street. However, there were two issues: the motion-sensor light outside the bathroom kept turning on automatically several times last night, disrupting my sleep and almost scaring me to death. If it weren't for the large group of us, I would have been really worried. Also, last night during the heavy rain, water dripped from the eaves onto something metallic, making a very loud noise and keeping me awake. The stairs are narrow, so don't carry large luggage.
