The sofa bed was missing a comforter and pillow, which I noticed when I was trying to set it up at night. I contacted them via text message and they sent it to me, but it took more than 30 minutes. I wish they had prepared it properly.

We booked the room a little late, and there were two different room types booked at the time. When we extended our stay at the hotel, they gave us the same room type, so we didn't have to pack our luggage and change rooms. Great!

Our first vacation trip to Hawaii and we loved the accomodations, staff hospitality from when we arrived and after our check out. Everything about The Hilton Grand Islander and the entire Hilton complex was fantastic. I have zero complaints. My family loved everything about the Grand Islander, the Hilton Village complex and Hawaii, especially the residents of this most beautiful State. We fell in love also with the culture, the family oriented atmosphere everywhere we went. We will be coming back very soon. Mahalo nui loa, Hawaii!!!

Lawrence at check-in was awesome. Great property, great time. No stress. I think thats all you can really ask for in a stay. Everything else the village provides is just the extra comfort really. The service was excellent everywhere we went and I didnt even have to bat an eye in regards to knowing we were taken care of. The view from the room. Wow.. truly remarkable. We watched the sunrise on our last morning. It was awesome. Thank you for making our anniversary and stay awesome. Truly! Mahalo Nui Loa!

Lots of things to do, nice rooms and stunning views. The only minor complaint was that the doors in the bathroom did not lock. Overall great hotel and outstanding staff.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. However, the person staying above us made constant noise early in the morning and throughout the evening moving furniture. We are not sure if the room above us had a different layout from ours, but this kept us up at night and kept us from restful sleep. So, we recommend you try to get in a room as high as possible in the building.
