Almanity Hoi An Resort & Spa

I deleted the Google review at the manager's persistent request, but seriously, just look for another hotel. The only good thing about this place is the pool. It's shady and cool, and there's not much else to do in Hoi An anyway, so I spent the whole day there. When problems arise, the manager is quick to appease you with a few towels, a massage, or dinner, (+begging you to delete the review). I won't go into detail as another deletion request might come, but...

The hotel is very bright, and my kids absolutely loved it. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We'll definitely come back.

The hotel was within walking distance of the Old Town, and the pool was beautiful. I liked that it was shaded, so it wasn't too sunny, and the depth went up to 1.5m. The gym facilities were excellent, and the breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. The soundproofing was a minor drawback, but it was acceptable for the price. Overall, the room condition and the friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.

First of all, the location is superb! There's a delicious fruit shop right in front and Madam Khanh is only a 5-minute walk away. Old Town is also just a 10-minute walk. The breakfast is decent and the pool is well-maintained, so it's great for relaxing! The room size is also good! If you're looking for a hexagonal resort in Hoi An, I highly recommend Almanity!

The staff were very friendly. I tipped the bellboy as there's no elevator, so you have to climb stairs to your room. Most of the guests here are Caucasian, and it's very quiet. You can rent bicycles for free, and it's close enough to the old town to cycle there.
