I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Andaz Hotel this time. The hotel manager, Mr. Hu, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. All the hotel staff were very friendly, considerate, competent, and polite. There's a happy hour opposite the front desk from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, and a small gift is delivered to the room every night. The hotel bathroom is absolutely fantastic, with branded showerheads and toiletries, plus a large bathtub and two showerheads! This stay also included a package for Grand Resort Deck and a MOP 500 dining voucher! It was simply so enjoyable that I didn't want to leave. I will definitely be back.

Having visited Macau many times, I chose Andaz Macau this time, and it was a fantastic experience! Elena from the Guest Relations department left a deep impression; she went out of her way to accommodate our needs with exceptional service and attitude, making our stay truly wonderful. There was a short-haired female staff member at the bar who was very chatty—she talked with us like a friend and shared some fun stories about bartenders. I will definitely choose Andaz Macau again next time I'm in Macau!

First time staying here and I'm extremely satisfied! I especially loved the front desk staff, Elena & Coco, who explained all the services and facilities in detail. The lobby lounge offers snacks, red wine, white wine, and beer during Happy Hour, and the fitness center also provides various classes for guests to join. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

The room is spacious and the service is super good 👍 There is a lounge in the check-in lobby where you can enjoy tea and snacks. The lobby also offers complimentary candies and dolls for children. Located inside the Galaxy Resort, the hotel is very convenient for shopping and dining, and free shuttle buses are provided.

The room was extremely clean and tidy, and the location was even better than expected. However, the service leaves much to be desired. When we checked in, a staff member actually pretended not to see us, and we ended up being helped by someone else. Also, the elevator signage is unclear. Since it's a convention hotel, it was confusing to know which floor the check-in desk was on—having more signs around the hotel would be helpful...

The hotel has great facilities with plenty of family-friendly activities, including complimentary handicraft classes and a water park. The children had a wonderful time. The staff are polite, and any issues were resolved promptly.
