Serras Barcelona

Lived the terasse and the pool on top. Perfect service. Very touristy area though.

If I could give this hotel and staff six stars, I would! Serras Barcelona is hands down the BEST five star hotel at which I’ve ever stayed. John, Robert, and Badr, et al., you set the bar high. I will look upon my stay at your fantastic hotel with great fondness!!

We only stayed for one night but wish it had been longer as the hotel was so nice. All the staff were really welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely and the Informal restaurant on the roof was fabulous.

A first class experience from the moment we arrived. Greeted with cold towels, handmade chocolate and a glass of Cava then a tour of the hotel before being shown to our room. The room was great, spotlessly clean and with everything we could have needed. Also some lovely, fresh tapas waiting for us. The staff were incredible, helping with everything from restaurant recommendations, organising transport to sharing local tips and providing us with water before we went out. A great place to stay and we would definitely recommend Hotel Serras.

Good location. Very clean room and facilities. Most of all, the people are so friendly and helpful. We will come back to this fabulous hotel for the next visit to Barcelona.

We loved the location of Serras Barcelona. Great neighborhood. Lots of good food options. The staff at the hotel was awesome from start to finish. They make it a point to make every guest feel special.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Especially the staff and this hotel stays highly recommended. Food was top notch too.location is another bonus.
