Serras Barcelona

Lived the terasse and the pool on top. Perfect service. Very touristy area though.

A first class experience from the moment we arrived. Greeted with cold towels, handmade chocolate and a glass of Cava then a tour of the hotel before being shown to our room. The room was great, spotlessly clean and with everything we could have needed. Also some lovely, fresh tapas waiting for us. The staff were incredible, helping with everything from restaurant recommendations, organising transport to sharing local tips and providing us with water before we went out. A great place to stay and we would definitely recommend Hotel Serras.

Good location. Very clean room and facilities. Most of all, the people are so friendly and helpful. We will come back to this fabulous hotel for the next visit to Barcelona.

We loved the location of Serras Barcelona. Great neighborhood. Lots of good food options. The staff at the hotel was awesome from start to finish. They make it a point to make every guest feel special.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Especially the staff and this hotel stays highly recommended. Food was top notch too.location is another bonus.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff who go the extra mile to make sure your experience is the best it could be. The room was tastefully done with top notch linens. Every night we found a delicious treat in our room. Breakfast was beautifully presented with lots of variety and Sandra remembered my tea order from the day before. Loved the rooftop bar too. Highly recommend!!!

The room was very comfortable and we slept great! The problem was that it was very small and difficult to “live out of our suitcases“. Not enough closet space to really unpack and didn’t want to for two nights and one and 1/2 days. Lots of attention to customer service like opening the front door every time you came in, however, small things which were requested did not get done and this is why I cannot give it a five

Lovely hotel. We were in the second floor and did have outside noise late each night. Also no water one morning.
