Lotte Hotel Seoul

I got upgraded to a suite, which was incredibly spacious and luxurious. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch – even the complimentary water was Evian! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to duty-free shops and Shinsegae Department Store, offering a fantastic array of shopping and dining options. Definitely worth staying here.

I booked a room for my child and husband, and we got upgraded to a suite. The room was very spacious. Lotte Hotel was renovated this year, and the rooms are much better than when I visited Seoul a few years ago. From now on, Lotte will be my go-to hotel in Seoul, especially since its location is so convenient for everything.

This hotel in Seoul is incredibly convenient, directly connected to the Lotte Department Store and Lotte Duty-Free Shop. It's a one-stop shop for everything – shopping and dining are right at your fingertips. The rooms are spacious, breakfast is plentiful, and the service is top-notch.

The staff were all very kind, and the room was clean with a bathtub, which made for a very relaxing stay!

Lotte Hotel is super convenient, right next to Lotte Duty Free and across the street from Myeongdong, making it easy to eat and shop. The Executive Tower is very new, and check-in is handled at the 15th-floor lobby. The Prestige Room is quite spacious.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a duty-free shop right upstairs, and Myeongdong is just across the street. The airport shuttle stops directly in front of the hotel. I'd recommend staying in the new building for a better environment.

Absolutely incredible! They upgraded me to an Executive Suite. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by ten different charming staff members who seamlessly helped me with my luggage all the way to check-in. The service, room, and location are all unbeatable. Myeongdong shopping street is just a 5-minute walk away, so I could grab a late-night snack anytime. Getting to Gangnam or Hongdae is super easy too, as the subway downstairs goes directly to both. It's incredibly convenient! For breakfast, though, I'd suggest heading to Myeongdong shopping street to try some local bakery bread and coffee.

The room was clean and hygienic. Although it's an older hotel, you can tell it's been renovated. I was pleasantly surprised by the multiple outlets on the desk – that's a very thoughtful touch and definitely a highlight. It would be even better if they offered Chinese-speaking service.
