An unexpected stop, this last-minute hotel booking turned out to be excellent value for money. It's part of the Small Luxury Collection and nestled in the old town. Upon arrival, I was offered a welcome drink, with a choice of beverages or sparkling wine. Unfortunately, the hot water ran out while I was showering in the evening. In the morning, I discovered the coffee machine was broken, but they promptly brought coffee to my room. I rented a bike (4 euros for half a day) to explore the town. The service was fantastic, despite a few minor issues with the facilities. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

The hotel was comfortable and beautiful. However, the sheets and other linens hadn't been changed; I noticed some stains.

Everything was very good. Not all rooms had slippers.

The hotel is the only five-star hotel in la Rochelle. It is located in the city center. The hotel staff are very friendly and very patient when checking in. They will also introduce each functional area of ​​the hotel in detail. The room is very spacious, clean and bright, suitable for family travel. I was going to have breakfast outdoors. The staff helped me take out the selected dinner plate and put a cover on it. They were very attentive.

Perfect welcome, attentive staff who took great care of us. I recommend this establishment.
