The reviews and photos are exaggerated; the hotel view doesn’t show the sea at all.
The service was good only on the first day when we arrived at the pier, but on the last day they barely cared. They prioritized tourists who gave tips. Even though we arrived at the pier first, they made us stand in the sun and wait so the tipping guests could choose their seats first for about 5 minutes.
I do not recommend booking tours with this hotel. You can book tours from other hotels with much better service. They accept too many guests, so there weren’t enough seats. I had to sit on the floor during a half-day tour. They also combine their tours with other companies, so the guide didn’t even recognize their own guests and refused to take photos for us.
When I asked why they wouldn’t take photos for us even though we came with Triton Tour and were on the same boat, the guide replied that although we were on the same boat, he was the guide from Nana Tour. He told me to follow the other guide instead. In the end, I didn’t receive any photos or videos from the trip.
The next day, I joined a tour with another hotel and the service was noticeably much better. They accepted only 12 guests and actually had 5 guides, just as advertised. They were happy to take photos and videos for customers, unlike Triton Tour, which took more than 20 people but had only 4 guides — and I still didn’t receive any photos. It was a waste of time and a very disappointing experience.
