My stay at Shreyas Retreat has far exceeded anything I could have imagined. It is without doubt one of the most extraordinary places I have ever visited — a sanctuary of healing, serenity, and deep care. The yoga here is unlike anything I have ever experienced — its offered with extraordinary skill, purity, and heartfelt presence. Each session is different. The treatments I received were excellent and deeply restorative Shreyas is a very special place — one that touches you on every level. I feel incredibly grateful to have found it, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. From the time of check in to check out we could feel the positive energy throughout our stay. Excellent service by the whole team, be it in the restaurant, housekeeping, spa, security, yoga, meditation, doctors, etc. The food was very healthy and delicious. We got vegan meals as per our requirement. Would highly recommend a stay here for both short term and long term.

Flawless three nights surrounded by the most gracious people. Balance is at the centre of everything here. Nothing is too much or too little - the variety in the food and culinary expression, the rooms and the resort, the spa and meditation rooms, and even the eagerness in service. The digital detox doesn’t feel forced, your mind and body just lean in to it. It wouldn’t be fair to call any one person out as special to my experience here. Some we saw, and the warmth of others we felt in every meal, freshly made bed, and spruced up bathroom. While you tuned in with closed eyes to the voice of the meditation teacher, you felt gentle steps around you spreading the fragrance of sambraani. Slowing things down, away from a fast paced over stimulated world here is a team that marches to a very different beat. I have come back feeling alternately exhilarated and exhausted after most vacations. This one left me revitalized in more ways than one. I do hope I have the opportunity to go back and spend some time with these very special people.

I booked this resort with very little research—there wasn’t much available online, and no one from my circle had been there. But sometimes, your gut just nudges you in the right direction, and I’m so glad I listened to it. My family and I arrived around 9 PM, when it was pitch dark and hard to see much of the property. But from the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by warm, respectful staff who instantly made us feel at ease. And then the next morning… I woke up to the chirping of birds and the gentle rustle of trees—it was magical. The resort itself is stunning!! ; surrounded by lush greenery, with only 15 rooms, creating an intimate and peaceful atmosphere. It truly feels like a home away from home. What makes it extraordinary, though, is the people. The staff feels like a big family, and they treat every guest with genuine love and care. You can tell they live by the beautiful philosophy of “Atithi Devo Bhava”—the guest is God. I don’t want to say too much, because this is a place you must experience for yourself. This resort isn’t just a hotel—it has a soul, offering luxury in its simplest, most heartfelt form. A huge thank you to Rucha, Bala, Mani, Dr. Sateesh, Dr. Suraksha, Dr. Anvidha, Giri, and the entire team for all the love and care. You made this stay truly unforgettable.

We recently returned from a 7 days stay at Shreyas. It was a wonderful and holistic experience. The retreat offers a wholesome experience which includes well planned meals, yoga and meditation sessions and ayurvedic treatments. Each member of staff was personally invested in ensuring our stay was comfortable and meaningful. If you are looking to reconnect with your physical, mental and spiritual health, Shreyas is the right place.
