Wonderful resort with wonderful staffs I really enjoyed stay here :)

We really enjoy staying at the Hilton Hotel—at least twice a year. The hotel is pleasant and very well managed. You wouldn’t even realize you’re in Egypt. They maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The service is very professional and of a high standard. It’s led very well by Mohamed Zahry, who always welcomes us with a smile and enthusiasm. Thanks go to the entire staff, including the restaurant manager, Ola Ibrahim. And to the front desk, where Hamada Dawod, Ahmed Anter, and Omnia Mohamed promptly resolved a minor issue. Thank you to everyone who takes care of us on a regular basis. It’s only because of your care that we keep coming back to the Hilton. At the hotel, I must also praise the Wi-Fi, which is available everywhere—including the beach.

We are currently spending our family holiday at Hilton Nubian Resort Marsa Alam and we are having a fantastic time. From the moment we arrived, everything has been great. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are very well maintained, and the whole place has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We are very happy with our room and with the hotel in general. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well organized. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and you can see that they genuinely care about the guests. A special thank you to Nour Mohamed from the Kush Bar & Lounge. She is always smiling, kind, and full of positive energy. Her excellent service and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Every time we see her, she makes us feel welcome. Her attitude and professionalism are outstanding, and honestly, this is the kind of service we would love to experience in every hotel. We still have some days left of our holiday, but so far we are very impressed and very happy to be here. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families visiting Marsa Alam.
