Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza

I have to give a special shout-out to Amy, the concierge at Grand Hyatt Beijing! The hotel's location is superb, with excellent transport links. The staff are all incredibly warm and attentive, always greeting guests proactively. What I appreciated most was their WeChat service – once you add them, they follow up and monitor everything promptly, making you feel like you have a personal butler and giving you a great sense of security. The cleanliness is also top-notch; the room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was pristine, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Our butler, Aiden, was incredibly professional and thoughtful, responding to all our questions promptly, which saved us a lot of time and effort. The Grand Hyatt Beijing is very conveniently located, with a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, making travel incredibly easy. It's also close to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the National Museum of China. Wangfujing Street is nearby, offering everything you need for dining, shopping, and entertainment. And you should definitely try the cakes at the Grand Hyatt, they're delicious!

The handsome Cartier at the front desk not only proactively added me on WeChat but also provided incredibly thoughtful follow-up care for our stay—fresh fruit was already waiting for us on the table when we arrived in our room. Checking out was a breeze; I just had to confirm my details at the front desk, and it was done in minutes, no waiting at all. They even asked about my experience during checkout. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing!

The location is absolutely superb; it's so close to Tiananmen Square for the flag-raising ceremony and Wangfujing for shopping, making getting around a breeze. What impressed me most was the swimming pool – it's huge, almost like a mini water park, perfect for both experienced swimmers and beginners to enjoy. A comfortable stay and a fantastic swim, highly recommended!

The room was decent, but the location was absolutely unbeatable. The bellhop helped with luggage, so the service was excellent, no complaints there. It was great to be able to walk to dinner. Everything else was just okay.

The hotel excels in both its decor and service, with top-notch facilities and excellent staff. The restaurants are of a very high standard, and the Sweet and Sour Mandarin Fish at Chang'an No. 1 is absolutely superb. Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, with the Western options being particularly delicious.

Great location and a rich breakfast spread. However, the room facilities don't match the hotel's supposed class. The sink design is impractical, and there's no coffee machine, only instant coffee.
