Fairfield Inn & Suites Augusta

If you’re visiting Augusta and want a hotel that’s clean, comfortable, and close to everything you need, the Fairfield Inn & Suites is a solid choice. The combination of convenience and friendly service makes it easy to enjoy your stay. I had a comfortable and convenient stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Augusta, Maine. It’s a great choice for travelers who want clean rooms, friendly service, and easy access to shopping and dining without having to drive far.

room clean, bathtub is 1 inch higher than the floor, be careful when stepping out. Plumbing needs improvement.

The first room they offered us was a handicap room on the first floor next the banquet hall entrance which was being used. Crowed full of people when I was trying to enter the room. Terrible set up for our needs. I requested a regular room. They gave us a regular room on the 3rd floor (top floor). BUT the water never got hot, lukewarm at best! And at night turns out there was no heavy curtain. Just a light sheer curtain! The light from the hotel sign shown directly into our room all night!! It was beyond terrible. I woke up every few hours thinking it was morning, when it wasn’t. So much for a restful night sleep. Hands down the worst experience in a Marriott hotel. I will never never return to that hotel. The only good thing is the room and the hotel was clean and safe, and breakfast was nice. So disappointed.

Great place to stay.friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast

It was a great experience and the gentleman at the front desk -Terry I believe was his name- was an absolute pleasure!

I dealt with Lucy and Eric in the evening, both were excellent.

room was standard, hotel is getting ready for a renovation. Staff at breakfast is always so sweet and accommodating

All was good but bathroom needed work. There were broken tiles near the tub that was poorly patched and some sections were discolored along the edges.

Roomwas very nice except the doom light in the bathroom didn't work all the time
