Hilton Omaha

This is a good hotel and the service was by far the best of any hotel on our recent family road trip. The woman at check-in really went out of her way to make us and our dog feel welcome and was just a pleasure to talk with. This is a very busy hotell and it's giving conference vibes (the lobby was super loud), which is not my first pick normally but I'm glad we stayed here. The food from room service was excellent- we ordered it twice. Gym was decent but dated, the pool is small but works for a quick swim and the skylight is nice.  The place is dog-friendly in a major way. Dogs get a tag (like a festival bracelet) so it's clear they're a "guest", and also receive a baggy of dog treats upon entry. The Starbucks around the corner is also dog friendly and they give pup cups for free.  Area wise, there's a few commercial bars and restaurants nearby but it felt like a few blocks away from more hip areas. I think the walk would be pretty safe.  Good stay overall, and special shout out to the service! 

the check in person was so helpful to reorganize the rooms to accommodate me. courtroom bar was awesome. everybody there was polite and helpful.

Room was nice, shower was dripping and eh just wasn’t that great but the hotel itself is nice. They do have on-site parking which is nice it’s $34 overnight which in any city is totally acceptable. Could hear people thru the walls tho.. no free breakfast but bar/kitchen service. Highly suggest not booking thru a third party app bc then none of your Hilton honors info uploads and the staff acts super confused and you can’t change anything on your reservation if you pre pay but it’s an okay place.

Property was really nice, clean, and easy to navigate. Thought it was weird that the pool was all the way across the hotel - you have to walk in front of the front desk and through the health club - which was uncomfortable so we didn't go. The coffee shop was great and had lots of options and good hours. We ordered room service, which was delicious, but there's a full service restaurant as well. Parking was easy and places to eat/go are walkable. I didn't give 5 stars because the lady we kept getting at the counter (each time we went we got her) was pretty rude/seemed really annoyed and it was a bummer for us.

What a beautiful place to stay. So convenient when attending an event at the CH I center. Check in and check out was easy and the staff was incredibly professional and pleasant.

Great option for attending an event at the CHI center or Schwab Field. Nice hotel, clean rooms, good service.

We really enjoyed our stay. We actually picked this hotel because it had a hot tub but unfortunately because of the concert and other things we didn’t get to utilize that but we did walk through the weight room and check the pullout and they all looked really nice and clean as far as the staff . Everyone from valet to front desk, housekeeping and their restaurant in bar area coffee shop. Everyone that we came in contact with was super sweet and nice and very helpful. Definitely would recommend staying here.
