Upper House Shanghai truly gave me an unforgettable stay. From the moment I walked in, Kimber, Fiona, and Alex made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and professional service. Kimber was meticulous and thoughtful, patiently explaining the hotel facilities during check-in. Fiona always greeted me with a friendly smile, making me feel right at home every time I saw her. Alex was even more attentive, handling everything perfectly from luggage assistance to travel recommendations. The hotel itself boasts an impressive design, the rooms are comfortable and tidy, and attention to detail is evident everywhere. The location is also very convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai, and I will definitely be back!

I've stayed at The House Collective several times now, and the hotel's design consistently impresses me. The guest relations team, especially, is wonderful. Jackie and Alex provided warm and thoughtful butler service, while Kin and Alden helped with my takeaways and luggage. Emma was great at answering all my questions. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious with a good view, and you could even see the LV boats. Plus, they deliver takeout right to your room, which is a great convenience.

The room was very quiet and the bedding was comfortable. The location was also very convenient. The butler service was very pleasant, Leo's service was attentive and he was very thoughtful. The breakfast was also delicious. It was a good living experience.

Excellent location in Shanghai, perfect for exploring and leisurely strolls. The hotel itself is not large, and its facade is rather understated, but the interior exudes a sense of understated luxury with a strong design aesthetic. My room offered a view of the Louis Vuitton rooftop loft, and in the evening, the lights blended with the sunset glow, creating a beautiful interplay between reality and the sky.

Every time I come to Shanghai, I stay at Residence. Nifty always helps with arranging the room and invoices, providing very thoughtful and attentive service. I feel very comfortable staying here; it's like coming home every time. From the room, you can see the LV boat, and the night view is also quite good.

Returned to The Middle House Shanghai after a year, and the service is as excellent as ever. Special thanks to Nifty for their outstanding help with room arrangements and their warm and proactive service. It's a hotel I absolutely love!
