Great location great staff

We were very satisfied with our holiday. Great location - close to the sea, walks, entertainment, shops. We were very satisfied with our holiday. The staff's approach, the size, equipment and cleanliness of the room, the food and excursions - everything was excellent. The only thing that didn't work out for us was the weather - 3 days of strong wind and quite cold sea. But the hotel is not responsible for that :o)

We had a sea view suite it was worth the extra money , the room was huge with a circular bath and sofa in the from, separate bathroom and a room for your clothes. Sea just outside which was amazing. The hotel staff work so hard we cannot fault much. A few area of path around pool Green, but great entertainment if that’s what you like. All staff go above and beyond, don’t get put off by negative comments. Food is all inclusive you can always find something nice to eat. Would come back again

Evening just a update at your hotel. We both had a wonderful time we asked and paid for sea view and wow what a room and view apartment 870 so close to sea and beach on 2nd floor with a large patio area and 2 sun loungers. The rest of the hotel was fantastic in decor and charm. The restaurant was 1st class plenty of choice breakfast lunch and evening meals. All the staff at hotel from house keeping restaurant reception and bar really good and knowledgeable about their jobs and customers thank you. We will be returning either later in the year or May 2027 and requesting room 870. So finally thank you for giving us a wonderful experience and enjoyable holiday. PS the pool area was great plenty of sunbeds no getting up early to reserve.

Everything about this hotel is superb - staff -rooms- food - pool - friendliness - stayed for a week as a couple ( we live in Spain ) so had a short break would certainly return - only fault television very old - no English - French German Spanish - no option to change language or sub titles ( but who watches tv on holiday - other than that a great break - thank you to all the staff

Visited Hotel Playacaphrico on 12th May for 4 nights with friends. The hotel reception area is really lovely. We were happy with our rooms that were very clean and spacious. Maybe basic by some peoples standards but we were more than happy with it. The staff throughout the hotel are very pleasant and courteous. The pool area is fabulous. Lots of sunbeds. Nice little bar by the pool or just walk through to another little bar in the front overlooking the sea. Drinks were very reasonable and good quality. We visited the indoor bar later in the evening. Some good entertainment on. We stayed half board but went in for breakfast and lunch. Food was absolutely fine. What we expected from a 3/4* hotel.

Had a fantastic all inclusive chilled out week at playacspricho. Booked a beach suite and emailed ahead with room request which we were lucky to get. The hotel is spotless and the staff are so friendly. A shout out to Louis at the pool bar in the day. Always smiling and so helpful. We wanted an authentic Spanish holiday which this hotel more than delivered. The location is perfect and not overcrowded but best of all no sunbed olympics, they are always available. We have already decided to return. Thank you

Excellent location ,new hotel to us and absolutely delighted . Very friendly and efficient staff. This hotel is super clean. The room was basic, but brilliant shower and soft toweks changed as requested. Food is excellent and a great variety each day, and is all labelled which is great as i have a specific allergy to one type of fish. All inclusive option was great with some branded spirits and Cava included. Freshley brewed coffee from the bar was lovely too. No problems getting sunbeds, plenty for all, no 7am reservations needed. Brilliant pool with a couple of slides and jacuzzi, lifeguards present all day. Approximately a minute to the beach. Complimentary hotel shopping bag given to us on last day, nice touch. We had a fabulous holiday and will be back again. Small niggle , had to pay for the safe, which i fell should be free.
