The hotel is huge and have a good security system. The staff is very warming and welcoming also have a variety of breakfast. The room is clean and spacious. Definitely will come again later.

Located in the city center, it's convenient for business trips. Although the facilities are a bit old, the overall experience was great. This will be my top choice next time I visit Lahore. As Chinese guests, we needed to register at the gate when leaving the hotel, and security personnel always had to accompany our vehicles.

Tvs in most of the rooms are still not smart. Room ACs often have issues in cooling and give smell. They overcharge for everything. Even if you ask for one plate, they charge PKR 450 plus tax.

AIRPORT PICKUP WAS EXCELLENT. FRONT DESK ATTENDERS VERY COOPERATIVE & POLITE GUDING VERY WELL. GUEST RELATION MANGER MS. RUBAB GUIDING OUR FOREIGNER GUEST VERY WELL IN PROFESSIONAL MANNERS . ALSO EXTENDED OUR LATE CHECKOUT. WE ARE THANKFUL TO ALL. WE ENJOYED THE DINNING AS WELL WITH OUR GUEST & FRIENDS.

The hotel's facilities are really old and haven't seen any upgrades in the ten years I've been staying here. The hallways always smell musty, and with carpets everywhere, I'm concerned about the cleanliness. I even found used disposable slippers. To top it off, the water cut out in the middle of the night, and it took at least forty minutes for a staff member to arrive after I called.

On a business trip to Pakistan, I stayed at this hotel and it was a really pleasant experience! 👍 Although it's an older property, the facilities are very well-maintained. The bedding and towels were incredibly comfortable, and the buffet was extensive and delicious. 👍

The hotel itself was nice, however they had a sports team staying here. They cordoned off areas and path ways, it was a lot of bother up until they left. I would suggest if you are staying here, check before hand if there is such an event going on. They give priority to the athletes and make you stop from crossing even the lobby and going to your room. I did wish I stayed at some other location instead while the team was here but as soon as they left things got a lot better.

Location of the hotel is excellent it is on mall next to Governor house. Front desk or hotel reception staff is well mannered & polite. They really know how to handle work load. I am not happy with room. I stayed two times for two days last week for my business trip & three times for three days this week. Hotel rooms need to be upgraded. Breakfast time ends at 10:30 but staff didn’t noticed that people who seated before that time needs food and staff just taking food away so quickly. That is not 5 stars hotel standards. Bedsheet was ripped picture is attached If hotel will contact me I can provide hotel room number as well. So I am disappointed. Staff on reception was good. I will give them 5 stars But this hotel need big improvement.
