The hotel service was excellent, and the rooms were clean. They were constantly serving ice cream and drinks by the pool.

Choosing the MGallery South Palm Resort for our family vacation was absolutely the right decision, with all four aspects deserving a perfect score. The resort is enveloped by palm trees, offering a healing beach view and an overall tranquil and comfortable ambiance. Our room was impeccably clean, and the king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable. The resort's pool facilities are excellent, and our kids had a fantastic time. All the staff were friendly and responsive. It's truly ideal for a relaxing family getaway, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again.

A resort perfect for family vacations with kids. The game room also offers craft activities for children, while adults can enjoy the spa. The environment is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast selection is extensive.

Extremely satisfied! You absolutely *must* stay in a deluxe room with a private pool – it's the ultimate in relaxation. The private beach is absolutely amazing! It's a five-minute walk to Oceanic for a spa treatment, and there's a 20% discount in the mornings. For lunch and dinner, it's just a ten-minute walk to BBC for a meal, which is incredibly good value.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was blown away by the distant ocean view. The lobby is airy and comfortable, with relaxing percussion music playing. The Manja restaurant offers delicious food, but I found the ambiance at UMA to be the best and most comfortable. The swings and daybeds on the public beach are incredibly cozy and perfect for photos. The pool is a huge bonus! Even though my stay was short, it was incredibly pleasant. The staff are all very friendly and polite, greeting everyone they meet. Buggies were provided for luggage transport during both check-in and check-out. Shevyl at the front desk was particularly kind and enthusiastic. However, we arrived too early to check in, and by the time it was possible, the front desk staff had changed. Perhaps because of this, we weren't given a hotel tour, which I noticed other guests received upon checking in. We also weren't informed that we could request a packed breakfast from the front desk if we were going on an island hopping tour the next day.

The room interiors are good, but the common areas are a bit small. The resort staff are all very polite (they'll greet you). However, I didn't receive a welcome drink when I checked in. I also saw a blogger mention that every room gets a straw bag, and I only got one after I asked for it (otherwise my room would have been empty) 🥺🥺. That was a bit disappointing. 😭

Excellent hotel with top-notch service. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the rooms were comfortable and beautiful. We're so glad we chose this hotel instead of something on Alona Beach – it's only a 5-10 minute scooter ride away, but offers much more privacy.

This is hands down the worst luxury hotel I've ever stayed in, no exceptions. First, check-in took 40 minutes. During the process, they pushed me to sign up for a membership. The English communication wasn't great, so I thought it was a discount they were offering me. Later, the more I thought about it, the more I realized something was off. A room that originally cost 1680, after becoming a member, could be upgraded directly to a room with a pool + early check-in. The entire hotel was practically empty, with hardly any guests. Since I didn't upgrade my membership, they wouldn't let us check in at 12 PM, nor did we get late check-out privileges. The critical thing is that my phone number was an old, incorrect one, so I couldn't even log into the member interface. The front desk was really clever. They make you sign up for a membership just to get early check-in and a room upgrade. It basically cost me over 1300 RMB just to upgrade my room, which was incredibly not worth it. The beach is infinitely worse than the two adjoining hotels. It's hard and prickly. If you walk over to BBC, you'll see what a proper beach looks like. Absolutely do not bother with any of the hotel's water sports. They are outrageously expensive, far more than any other place outside. The hotel's restaurants are completely outclassed by BBC next door, both in terms of price and taste. The food, honestly, was terrible. And definitely avoid the beach bar. I ordered a bottle of red wine, and they didn't charge me for the bottle. Instead, they charged me based on how many glasses they poured – five times, so five glasses. Unbelievable, I've never seen a hotel do that before. Every single aspect was subpar, absolutely terrible! Finally, check-out also took 40 minutes, with only two staff members working, and they were incredibly slow. I found it utterly unacceptable. I don't know how this place gets good reviews. Not only am I giving it a bad review, but I'm also publishing the biggest bad review of my life for this fake five-star, fake luxury hotel! There were frogs by the beach and lots of mosquitoes... I have countless complaints, too many to list one by one. Oh, and I just remembered, the front desk didn't inform us the Mini Bar was chargeable, so we drank three bottles of water and ended up paying for them on the bill. The hotel actually emailed us asking if we had drunk water because they didn't see it on the bill. What kind of stupid hotel is this? It's clearly written as 750 pesos in black and white. You sent me the bill and you're still asking me about it, I'm truly speechless. Anyone who stays here will regret it! Do not come here! The good view is the only redeeming quality (as shown in photos).

The standalone villa by the beach was truly amazing, and the views were absolutely stunning. I highly recommend it, but definitely avoid going on weekends as it gets too crowded. Personally, I think this hotel offers unbeatable value for money.
