Overall, there weren't any major issues, it was just hard to control the water temperature. The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants and massage shops. There should be markets and performances in the square out front from time to time.

The hotel's surroundings with massage shops and convenience stores, plus its proximity to Tha Pae Gate and the Old City, made sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel was well-maintained and the staff were friendly and welcoming, allowing for a very relaxing stay.

Right next to Thapae Gate Old City. There's a McDonald's, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven nearby. The staff even help you with your luggage to your room, which is really nice. Great value for money.

First off, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It's only 200 meters from Tha Phae Gate, which is also the starting point for the Sunday Night Market. Staying here, many places are within walking distance, whether it's for dining, shopping, visiting old city temples, or getting a massage – it's incredibly convenient with so many options. The breakfast is a bit simple, but sufficient. I'd suggest skipping breakfast and eating out instead. Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive; it has everything except a pool. Hygiene: Given that the hotel has been open for many years, I was worried it might be old and not very clean, but that wasn't the case at all. It's very clean. Service: The service, as expected from the "Land of Smiles," is impeccable.

The location is convenient, very close to Tha Phae Gate. There are convenience stores and many food options nearby. The hotel is located in an alley, so it's very quiet. The only two downsides are that they don't provide ice or a water dispenser, and the shower door in the bathroom is only half-sized, so water leaks onto the floor when you shower.

The room was spotless and the service was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, addressing all my questions with a positive attitude and a smile throughout. Their enthusiasm was truly commendable!

Pros: The hotel's exterior has a very traditional Thai architectural style, mostly wooden structures, and the interior facilities are also good. They helped with luggage upon check-in. The location is especially fantastic, just a 1-minute walk from Tha Phae Gate, and it's quiet at night. During our stay, it was the rainy season in Chiang Mai, and it was very pleasant to lie in the room and listen to the rain. The room has a lovely small balcony, perfect for enjoying tea, chatting, and eating fruit. We had connecting rooms, so we could easily go between balconies with our friends. The front desk staff didn't speak Chinese during our visit, so we had to communicate with single words, but speaking slowly, we could understand some of the instructions given during check-in, such as the availability of bicycles, what to do when the front desk was unattended, chargeable items in the room, and breakfast times. We also had to store the durian we bought in the hotel's dining area as it wasn't allowed in the rooms. Cons: The bed in the room creaked a bit when sat on, and I'm not sure if that's normal or if there's an issue. The bed and mattress were very light; if a child sat on it with a bit of force, the bed would move. Housekeeping wasn't thorough enough; I left used disposable towels on the floor, and they weren't removed for three days. Did they think I was going to reuse them or something? Since they didn't take them, I ended up using them to wipe the floor when it was wet. Also, regarding the mineral water, we booked for 3 nights and were given 4 free bottles daily. On the first day, we only used one, and housekeeping replenished one on the second day. On the second day, we drank all of them, and when we asked the front desk for more water, they said it would be 20 baht per bottle. I was a bit unhappy about this; everything else was fine, but I found this a bit stingy. I've never encountered this before. I wasn't expecting exceptional service, but rather a convenient location with a child, and basic services. The quality of the toilet paper and tissues in the room was poor; they tore easily. For over 300 baht a night, it felt a bit expensive for Chiang Mai during the rainy season.
