Great location! Close to gym, food and shopping so it’s very convenient. Clean and helpful staff.

The dishwasher in our room had something spilled on the front of it that was not cleaned. I arrived early at 2pm and stood at the desk for about 10 minutes while the attendant sat at a table looking at his phone before he noticed me. Then, could not do an early check in, even though it was only an hour before. When I returned after 3pm to check in there were 3 people ahead of me waiting. Seemed like they were not very efficient.

Room was clean but small details such as tissues in the restroom and small cosmetic issues in the bathroom, other areas could easily elevate the experience.

The breakfast was mediocre. We stayed three nights, and it was the same menu all three days. There’s no variety for breakfast.

Breakfast was fine. Employee at desk helpful. Water machine was empty but employee offered bottled water.

Breakfast was not wonderful and beds were terrible. But the rooms were nice sized and staff were very kind and accommodating.

We found the hotel very bright and clean upon entering the building and the staff very helpful and professional. Our room was also very clean and in good condition.

Our first room (416) was a complete failure. The TV didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, I tried to raise the toilet seat and it almost came off in my hand, and when we tried to call the front desk, the in-room phone didn't work. We were exhausted and just slept the first night. The next morning, we spoke to Ben, who moved us into a room directly across the hall that was perfect, and gave us 10K honors points. Great staff, but a really bad room.

No one at the desk during check-in. Mud everywhere in the hotel. The fitness center smelled like mildew because the hotel laundry is in the same room. My sink was not draining properly and I had sitting water all night. Should have been $70 a night not $190.
