We had a wonderful stay at Anantara. Choosing Anantara for this trip was definitely a great decision. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and attentive service. The environment was beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and truly enjoy our holiday. Everything was well taken care of, and the whole experience felt warm and welcoming. Thank you, Anantara, for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely love to come back again!

Had a wonderful stay at Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas. The resort is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the beautiful beach and swimming pools. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. There are also plenty of activities for families and children, so it’s a great place for a relaxing family getaway. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing, and we especially loved spending time by the beach and pool. Breakfast was decent, although I expected a little more variety considering the resort’s standard. Overall, a lovely stay and a great place to escape for a few days. Would definitely consider coming back again.

Impeccable service, amazing room, 10/10 service and ambience it was perfect getaway for my partner and I

Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Anantara Desaru. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and great for a short getaway. However, a few things could be improved. The complimentary fruits in our room were not fresh, and unfortunately, one of the juices served at breakfast had gone bad. There was also some confusion with the check-out time. Our Trip.com booking stated 3:00 PM, but the hotel required us to check out by 12:00 PM. Lastly, the directions around the resort could be clearer. We had difficulty finding the gym, and even after asking a staff member, we were directed to the wrong place. Overall, we still enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, but better attention to food freshness, communication, and facility signage would make the experience much better.
