The room is spacious, the lobby is very nice. Good location close to the freeway. Eatery and restaurant are near by.

Our thermostat was broken so we were freezing all night and didn’t sleep well. We had a leak in our ceiling, picture attached. The breakfast was cold and things didn’t get filled very quick so we had to go have breakfast somewhere else, the pool was closed Monday morning so the kids couldn’t swim. Also we didn’t have a blanket for the pull out which we didn’t know until bedtime and it was like an hour before we got one, we were told housekeeping wasn’t available and to go down to the desk, when we got there they said they had no blankets, we finally did get one much later.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! It is NOT SAFE!! I stayed here for a business conference for two nights. When I returned from dinner, my key cards no longer worked. Upon having new keys made and returning to my room, I found it was burglarized while I was away. Reception told me that only staff would have had access. My bag was gone through and thousands of dollars worth or property were taken. The manager all but accused me of taking my own things, saying only my keys were used to enter the room. In conversing with colleagues, I learned I was not the only one whose room was entered and who had things stolen. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Nice place Beds and bedding were very comfortable, room was clean. There were several light bulbs burnt out, and was hoping for charging ports of some sort. Continental breakfast was great!

Coffee with no cream.. yuck Everything was okay except the continental breakfast. All kinds of great food, but no cream for the coffee. All they had was some coffee mate flavored crap.. no cream.

Ok room, nice ammenities, great service. The building is in need of a remodel. But it was still a great stay and awesome service. Our room was pretty run down whichnis understandable since it was meant for a bigger family. Lots of wear and tear on furniture, water stains on counter, wallpaper pealing in bathroom, curtain coming undone in bathroom, and really bad stain on hide- a-bed mattress. They should really re-furnish that room.
