The room is very new! It was newly opened in 2018. Especially the heater is set against the wall, which is much better than many previous hotels in the United States, where the heater is placed in the room, facing one of the beds. However, for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, the room is smaller than the hotel room suitable for family vacations. The hotel breakfast needs to be ordered at the bar, and the taste is still good! But because it is not a buffet breakfast, the courtyard brand is like this. It depends on personal preference. The hotel team service is very nice! Maintain the courtyard standard. There are several places suitable for working in the lobby on the first floor! If you are on a business trip, it is great! Thank you!

I would’ve appreciated having complimentary coffee available during the day. There was only one washcloth provided initially. Staff members were friendly and very professional.

The rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable, but the thing that struck me the most, was the friendliness of the staff that we encountered, from front desk, to cafe in the morning and chambermaids in the hallways. Excellent staff!

The tv was not connected to the cable box. Toilet backed up as soon as we got there. Took 20 mins to even get someone to answer the front desk phone. Bought breakfast with cash, the clerk seemed very confused with cash. Heard guest doors slamming all night long

The sheets were stained with urine and other bodily fluids. Bathroom had hair and dirt in corners/ very noisy ac and some other machinery all night.

Staff were extremely nice. The room was decent. The shower was horrible. The water came out poorly and you couldn't adjust it on the shower head. The glasses to drink out of were dirty and very evident of so. The sound of the floor above us, when they flushed their toilet, sounded like a dam opened up. It woke us up each time they flushed because it was literally the wall the bed was against. Other than that, was an ok stay....for the night.

The hotel was actually built on farmland formerly belonging to a family member. (Small patch of adjacent land still has cows ;-) The area has plenty of amenities and the hotel is clean and comfortable with lovely staff. Wild to see the transformation from rural to suburban. Great safe stop between Waterbury and Hartford. Easy on and off the interstate.
