The hotel environment is first-class, with ample private space, making it perfect for families. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide attentive butler service, so even a typhoon during our stay wasn't a problem. Upon check-in, we were driven to our private villa by golf cart, which was a fantastic experience. The villa itself is huge, with a private pool that we could enjoy morning or night – the kids absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave! The bathroom is very spacious, with plenty of room to separate wet and dry clothes, which was a huge help when looking after the children. The kitchen is also large and well-equipped with basic dishes and cutlery, enough for a big group. The king-size bed was the largest I've ever slept on; all four of us fit comfortably. The mosquito net over the bed was not only practical but also added a nice touch. The tatami area by the window, where I could relax with the AC on and watch the kids swim outside, was so comfortable and gave me peace of mind. The hotel's breakfast was Chinese dim sum – fresh ingredients, great taste, and generous portions, enough for three adults and two children. Overall, a perfect stay, and we would definitely choose to come back.

I highly recommend the Shenzhen Blue Bay Resort! The butler service was attentive and responsive. The pool area was clean and comfortable with good water quality, and the resort grounds were beautiful, creating a perfect vacation atmosphere. The overall facilities are excellent, making it an ideal choice for relaxation.

This is my second time here and I absolutely love the private pool. The room is spacious and clean, and the service is excellent. Originally, our room didn't have a duck float, but the hotel staff kindly brought one from another room – that was really great! Plus, it's conveniently located near OCT Harbour, making dining and shopping very easy.

Our first stay was in 2020 with just my husband, our cat, and myself, and we had a fantastic impression. Six years later, we returned with our entire family, including a newborn and our elders. The experience was just as comfortable as before. We contacted the hotel in advance to request a baby crib bumper, among other things, and they enthusiastically helped us prepare everything, even providing an extra surprise. Over the years, the facilities have been very well-maintained, and the development of nearby Happy Harbor has greatly enhanced our trip. We could order any takeout, and it was delivered directly to our room door. This hotel perfectly blends a tranquil, secluded feel with urban convenience, making it truly one of a kind. Only the Blue Heron Bay could offer such an experience.

Came here with friends, and the standalone villa in the city center offered excellent privacy. The dedicated butler service was incredibly attentive, following up with us from check-in to check-out. We forgot sunscreen, and the front desk butler went directly to the mall to buy some for us, even including a vacation straw hat. During our stay, they were always available whenever we needed anything. The hotel's shuttle driver was also very thoughtful, always on standby for pickups and drop-offs, saving us the trouble of walking in the hot weather. At check-out, they even helped us load our luggage into the car and provided water and snacks, which was very considerate. The room hygiene was impeccable, with every corner neatly maintained, and the bedding was comfortable. The room itself was very spacious. It rained during our stay, and listening to the rain from the hotel was incredibly relaxing. Overall, the service was excellent, and the environment was quiet and elegant, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. Definitely worth revisiting.

This hotel is perfect for a short getaway to relax and escape. The lakeside gardens are serene and peaceful, far from the city's hustle and bustle, making for a very pleasant stroll. The breakfast selection is ample, and the made-to-order Cantonese dim sum has thin wrappers and generous fillings – it's just right with a cup of tea. A special thanks to Zhang at the front desk; she was kind and friendly, responded quickly, patiently answered all our questions, and handled everything efficiently and reliably.

What a pleasant surprise! This place is genuinely pet-friendly! Traveling with my furry friend this time, the overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I just have to rave about it! The concierge was thoughtful and attentive, proactively communicating pet-stay guidelines even during the booking stage. During our stay, they were incredibly responsive and treated my pet with exceptional gentleness and patience, without any pretense. The staff genuinely loved my little one. The hotel offers a considerate pick-up and drop-off service, so I didn't have to worry about transportation, which greatly reduced the hassle of traveling with a pet. It's truly a blessing for pet-owning families. From arrival and check-in to departure, we felt completely cared for throughout the entire process. Not only did they provide pet amenities, but they also considered every inconvenience of traveling with a pet. The attention to detail was impeccable. My furry child was relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Breakfast featured authentic Cantonese dim sum; the shrimp dumplings and sticky rice with chicken were delicious. A truly joyful trip!

The environment is good and suitable for kids. It rained on the second day so we didn't get to experience the public pool. It's great that there's one indoor and one outdoor showerhead, plus a bathtub. Suggestions: The wall next to the private pool isn't high enough, so there's not enough privacy. The toilet bowl opening is small, and the wooden planks around the pool are wobbly and can pinch your feet. All the lights are yellow; it would be better if the desk lamp was white. The most annoying thing is that the speaker couldn't connect. When I asked the front desk, they said it was because it was a special offer room!! If the equipment is broken, can't you just remove it?
