Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang

An incredibly beautiful, clean, and pleasant hotel. The staff are helpful and lovely, assisting with luggage, holding elevators, and opening doors. The breakfasts at the restaurant on the 5th floor are excellent. The only minor drawback was the very limited number of umbrellas and the inability to secure a sun lounger, as the hotel's policy doesn't restrict guest time, so we often had to lie on the sand in the sun. The room was cleaned daily, and consumables and towels were replaced.

The location, directly connected to the shopping mall, was incredibly convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, the hotel facilities and basic environment were satisfactory. However, the service left something to be desired. The front desk staff's attitude was a bit brusque, and after room cleaning, basic amenities like bottled water or bathrobes were frequently missing, requiring us to call and request them every time. This happened so often that it felt more than just a simple mistake, making our stay inconvenient and frustrating. If housekeeping and service management were improved, this hotel would be much better.

We stayed at this hotel from August 21st to 28th. 5 stars is truly 5 stars! There was a slight misunderstanding, but it was resolved quickly. The management and staff work smoothly and efficiently. It was lovely ♥️ that they didn't ignore it :) We had a room on the 28th floor with a city view, but the room was such that the sea was also perfectly visible! The evenings were simply a sight to behold ♥️ The breakfasts were excellent, with something for every taste and choice! Soups, sweets, coffee, and fruits :) In short, they pleased everyone ♥️🌴

Good hotel near the sea, right in the center. Rooms have a small kitchen and a balcony. I liked it, great pool.

A great hotel in Nha Trang. Perfect value for money. We really liked everything except the housekeeping. The housekeeping was one of the worst I've encountered. The floor wasn't mopped, the bed linen wasn't changed, and the shower gel wasn't refilled.

First line [referring to beachfront/waterside]. Great breakfast selection (lots of fruit). But it was very crowded.

I stayed here in February and was very satisfied, so I booked it again for my August trip. And once again, I'm happy with my choice. The price was more than double compared to February, but it's peak season in late July/early August, so that's understandable. The hotel is very clean, the pool is great, breakfast is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I stayed in room 2010, which has an ocean view, and the view is absolutely stunning. Just be aware that it's right in front of Sailing Club, so it can be a bit noisy until 1 or 2 AM. I checked out around noon, which turned out to be peak checkout time. Room inspection took about 15 minutes. Next time, I'll try to check out earlier. Perhaps because it's peak season, there were a lot of people. The friendly staff and clean rooms – everything about this hotel is satisfying. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The rooms are quite old already. There are too many people, and there are queues for breakfast in the mornings. The elevator practically stops on every floor. There's a kids' play area, but it's unsupervised. The spa offers good massages, and there's a Finnish sauna and a hammam. We had a city view from our window, and it was pleasant to be on the balcony. The breakfasts are varied, but there's no fish. It's a bit pricey for such an old hotel; it would be better to stay at the Hyatt for almost the same cost.

First off, the staff were incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to help, which I really appreciated. The room facilities were also completely satisfactory. The view outside was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee station was particularly impressive. There's also a Starbucks on the first floor and a Highland Cafe just across the street, so it was easy to relax and unwind.
