The staff was amazing from checking in, taking care of the room, the in house restaurant. They made us feel like we were part of the family. They were happy to help with anything. They were not passive. They were quick to respond and take care of us. The food was amazing. It was impressive to see that when we ordered the food, they went to the garden and picked the food to prepare. Even the coconut shake. They pulled it down from the tree and cracked it open. We will definitely come back here. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of us!

The room facilities and cleanliness were acceptable, but it was too remote, deep in the mountains, making transportation and getting around very inconvenient. The pictures on the platform were quite different from the actual rooms!

Set back from the bustling streets, high above San Juan, excellent service. Top notch staff. And very good cuisine. All in a superb exotic garden and a fantastic swimming pool. Well done
