It's a stunning property! Gorgeous views of the city from all sides as it is located on floors 52 and above. Breakfast was simply great. Overall a prefect stay!

Can't describe more than EXCELLENT. Westin Jakarta is one of my favourite place for a short getaway from all those daily stress. I love the comfort given by all.. from staffs to ambience to room to beddings. Very much satisfied in my stay and will come back. I have always tried the daily treats area, but haven't set my foot in the gym and pool area. Big Thumbs up for You, Westin!!! I love you all

I want to express my deepest appreciation to The Westin team for their incredible service during my recent stay. I had an unexpected emergency late at night around 12am, and I was desperately looking for a new hotel. The Westin stepped in and helped me immediately, without hesitation. Their professionalism and kindness truly saved the night for me and my family.
From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe, welcomed, and taken care of. The level of service was honestly superb - fast, attentive, and very sincere. I felt so relieved and grateful.
The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The cleanliness, amenities, and overall atmosphere were exactly what I needed after the stressful situation I came from. The facilities were modern, everything smelled fresh, and the comfort level was perfect. I slept so well!
I’m genuinely thankful to the Westin team for going above and beyond during a difficult moment. It turned what could have been a horrible night into a peaceful and reassuring stay.
Highly recommend The Westin for anyone visiting - exceptional service, clean rooms, and a team that truly cares. I’ll definitely be back! 💛
