They handled the entire skiing setup for us, which made the experience incredibly easy—especially since it was my first time skiing. We were able to try on gear at the property, and everything was delivered and organized at the slopes for us. - An incredible ski instructor recommendation. It was my first time skiing—and I was nervous about getting injured before a wedding we were attending later that week—and the concierge connected me with the most wonderful instructor for a four-hour private lesson. He was patient, encouraging, and focused on safety, which made me feel comfortable. By the end of the lesson I was able to ski down the larger bunny hill completely on my own—and I wasn’t even sore afterward. - Daily tea time on the terrace overlooking the mountains.
