My overall stay was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless, not a speck of dust even in the corners. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, responding to requests super quickly. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted fantastic. I felt comfortable and at ease during my entire stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Booked a lake-view king room, and it was spacious and clean. The shower was great with strong water pressure, and they even provided bath salts and bath bags for the bathtub. The toiletries were excellent! The room was tidy, well-cleaned, and quiet. Great value for money!

The breakfast offers a rich variety, including bread, fruits, hot dishes, and congee, and the coffee is freshly ground and high quality. The entire team is clearly professionally trained and works together seamlessly. Most importantly, this exceptional experience comes at a very reasonable price, truly offering great value for money. The room was very clean. We were traveling with a baby, and the front desk upgraded our room and even installed a bed rail, which was incredibly thoughtful. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Shanghai; the experience was excellent!

This hotel is very close to Fudan University Children's Hospital, which was perfect for our family. They even provided toiletries for our child and upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. The service was excellent and very accommodating. Breakfast hours were long, which was convenient, and the room was quiet and clean. Definitely great value for money, highly recommend! 👍
