Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying. The hotel environment is upscale and clean, the room was spacious, and hygiene was impeccable. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, and they handled any issues promptly. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the facilities were comprehensive. The location is excellent, making it convenient for both getting around and shopping. Everything met five-star hotel standards, and the value for money was great. I'd definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Convenient parking and easy to find location. The staff were very helpful; due to the rain, we needed a slightly late checkout, and they assisted us with it. It's a hotel worth staying at, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Shanghai!

The front desk service was superb, absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, especially the Shanghainese butterfly pastries and scallion oil noodles. The room assigned was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were all very polite and greeted us warmly.

I was traveling solo and just needed a quick overnight stay. It happened to be the Dragon Boat Festival, and they offered free welcome gifts and even a free sachet-making activity! HUAZHU Hotels' service is truly excellent. The room had everything: a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator – more than enough! There was even a dryer, so I could wash and dry my clothes from the day before and wear them again the next day, which was super convenient and saved me from having to pack too many clothes. All in all, it was fantastic. I'm not a shill, I swear, or else I'll never pull my favorite character in gacha games!
