Adex Inn

The room was big and clean, we had a very comfortable stay. The onsen was also a fun experience and had many amenities. Staff were friendly and had an easy time checking in and out, as well as baggage storage.

Great location, right next to Hell Valley. The pleasant surprise is free access to the onsen facilities of 第一淹本館where there is the Grand Bath comprising of a variety of onsen pools and outdoor onsen pools.

A very good hotel which is renovated not long ago Good service provided.. Hotel location is vy good, in centre of Noboribetsu onsen town n opposite to Taikimotorkan hotel where can for onsen bath. Great onsen bath. Hotel is quite near to Hell valley. Vy convenient to visit hell valley.

The location is very convenient. Just opposite of Takimotokan Hotel. Guests of Adex Inn have free access to the onsen in Takimotokan Hotel too. There is also an onsen in Adex Inn. Very close to restaurants and convenience stores. 10-15 min walk to Bear Park. Very clean. Room is not very spacious but enough for short stay for 1 person.

Hotel room basic amenities but buffet breakfast had a good spread. Room AC remote in japanese so guest who does not read japanese will have issue to adjust AC. Need to use Google translate. Buffet dinner spread is good and if nothing to do then good to enjoy the evening

This place is amazing and I really don't understand why it has such a low rating. Rooms may be a little small but are big enough for us plus 2 large packs. Beds and pillows are comfy, generous shower/toilet space, stylish yukata/obi.The onsen are great (including free access to the multitude of options across the road at the Takimotokan hotel). And the on-site bakery and cafe are fabulous. Close to attractions plus shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Free parking. Very reasonably priced too. Really enjoyed our 2 nights here. Would highly recommend.

What I love most about this hotel was its cafe on the 1st floor which offered a variety of cakes and drinks. The location was easy to find. The staff also supported me to book a taxi in the early morning when I asked for help. Another plus was that luggage could be stored before normal check-in time, which was quite useful for The only concern was that when I checked out in the early morning around 5:30am, the machine was down and there were nobody there to ask. So I just placed my room card on the desk. I only used E-Sim for internet, no actual phone number to make calls, so could not follow their instruction. Overall, it was a good stay though 8/10

Excellent location in Noboribetsu tourist areas with easy aceess to Jigokudani Valley and restaurant nearby for foods. We allowed to use the Onsen facility at opposite 4 stars hotel even paid for 3 stars price. We will staying there again if revisit Noboribetsu.
