This old house is super photogenic, perfect for all you photography lovers! The tour photography shop recommended by the owner was also really reliable. If I ever go to Pingyao again, I'd definitely stay here. Plus, breakfast was really delicious and plentiful.

The hotel's location is fantastic. Cars can drop you off right at the entrance, and Nanda Street is just 50 meters away – super convenient! The owners are a lovely couple, very welcoming and attentive. They even offered a free pick-up service from the train station and helped us plan our itinerary. Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. Since it's a 150-year-old house, the facilities aren't quite up to star-hotel standards, but it's incredibly clean and has a lot of character. Definitely worth recommending!

Great location right in the heart of the ancient city, making it convenient to reach any gate. It was also easy to pop back for a rest in between activities. The owner was fantastic, offering excellent service, including complimentary pick-up and drop-off. When we went on a day trip to Hukou Waterfall, the owner even drove us to the North Gate at 6 AM. We stayed for two nights. On the first morning, I mixed up the breakfast time, but the owner's wife proactively prepared breakfast for us anyway. Chatting with the owner, I learned about the history of Qi Mansion and their family's legacy, which was an unexpected bonus of the trip!

The courtyard has a lot of history, and the room's decor is very elegant and quaint. The facilities are also very convenient, and the small courtyard is perfect for families to chat and cool off. The owner is very enthusiastic, offering to pick us up, drop us off, and help with luggage. They also helped us by introducing attractions in the ancient town. We had a great travel experience overall.

This ancient-style, three-courtyard guesthouse is absolutely beautiful and perfect for photos. The stay was fantastic, and the owners are both incredibly friendly. It was a very pleasant trip!

I highly recommend this place. It's conveniently located just off the main street, down a quiet alley, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything. The courtyard has a lovely old-world charm. The owner is incredibly welcoming; she personally marked out all the good spots to eat and fun places to visit on a map and patiently explained everything. The breakfast was also very cozy. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to the ancient town.

A quaint house full of history and character. My family and I booked two rooms for our trip. The location is incredibly convenient, within a 5-minute walk of all the core attractions. Majia Courtyard, the County Government Office, and Yingxun Gate are just over 10 minutes away. If you're driving, parking at the East Gate is easy, and they offer a shuttle service.

This ancient-style architecture and courtyard were exactly what I'd always dreamed of. My mom and I stayed for three days, and it was incredibly relaxing, offering a deep dive into Pingyao Ancient City. The owner was great, and the photography studio and restaurants they recommended were excellent. The beautiful memory of enjoying afternoon tea in the courtyard will stay with me forever.
