Clean but basic. It's new which is a plus, but there was no drinking water or slippers. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable, and the service attitude was just okay. No Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. Overall, not great value for money.

We had a wonderful family stay at Owen House! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location is fantastic—super close to the MRT, making it so easy to get around Singapore with the family. Highly recommended!

Location is great near City Square mall and just across Farrer Park MRT exit G. The hotel downstairs got a nice cafe and the hotel restaurant itself also offers nice foods and drinks until late night. The room and corridors are spacious, considering this is Singapore. There is a co-living style kitchen and dining area at level 4 with a fridge and cooking appliances, also vending machine. The reception staffs were nice. It was a nice comfortable stay for us.

Great place to stay! It's super convenient with a shopping mall right across the street. There's also a famous temple nearby, which adds a lot of value. Plus, the price is good and the room is spacious – highly recommended!

The locations is excellent; only a 2-minute walk to the nearest MRT station. The quality of the room is also good while still being reasonable in price. I like how it comes with a bidet too in Singapore, slippers, and water dispenser in a shared room. However, you can tell the building is quite old; maybe the refurbishing process missed some of the old cracks and blemishes. One thing that can be improved is the amenities; it would be great if we get face cloths, non-watered-down hand soap and facial tissues. Overall, this hotel is quite good for its price

I had a very great experience. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The facilities were very complete, including a hair dryer, and I liked that there was a kitchen available to use. The water dispenser was also a big plus and very convenient. The view from the room was also really nice. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and they responded quickly to requests on WhatsApp. The only downside was that room cleaning is only done every 3 days. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay.

The hotel didn't provide disposable slippers, and the bathroom didn't have air conditioning. There's also no pool or gym. However, the hotel's location is great, making it quite convenient to get around. There were only two staff members at the front desk, so you might have to wait during peak hours.
