Last year we was at the same place and it was amazing but this year it’s was very poor. The rooms are not clean and the pool is not clean.

This hotel is right by Patong Beach in Phuket, and it truly lives up to its name as a sea-view hotel. You can enjoy the ocean scenery from both your room and the restaurant. The hotel environment is top-notch, especially the two outdoor pools, which are fantastic. The service is also excellent; the front desk staff can communicate in both English and Chinese, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday.

This was my first time staying in a sea-view room, and opening the window to the ocean felt incredibly therapeutic. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable – I didn't feel tired even after a full day. The balcony was wonderfully designed; I could stargaze at night and listen to the waves in the morning. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely consider this type of room again next time!

The hotel service was excellent, and the room was spacious. The environment was decent too, though you have to cross the road to get to the beach. Otherwise, no complaints. Breakfast was alright, pretty standard, nothing particularly outstanding.

I stayed here for 5 nights based on a recommendation, and it was absolutely wonderful! The room was incredibly pleasant and clean, and the resort itself is stunning, featuring a beautiful pool with ocean views and a delicious breakfast spread. Every staff member was exceptionally kind. In particular, Manager Annie and Sungchul at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of us, making our honeymoon truly special and memorable. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Annie, Sungchul, and the entire team for their hospitality! We had a fantastic time.

Diamond Cliff resort is a beautiful resort to stay at. They have thought of everything. Welcome drink on arrival, bags taken to our room, room equipped with everything you could need including room slippers, waffle dressing gown, bottled water, tea coffee station etc. huge comfy bed, balcony with beautiful view. Breakfast buffet was incredible- best I have ever experienced. It included eggs cooked fresh to your liking, usual european options of bacon, sausages, beans etc, soup/noddle station cooked on demand, selection of 3 hot vegetarian dishes different each day, 5 different fish/chicken/pork stir fry’s, rice, roti, cheese station, extensive sushi station, salad station, fresh fruit juice, breads, croissants, pancakes, pudding -and I haven’t even listed everything!!! 2 beautiful pools one with slide for kids, gym, pool side bar. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool tools available. We used the trip booking facility in the hotel and it was very efficient and helpful. We got a gift of a basket of fruit which was a real treat. Lastly location was perfect- a short downhill walk to the beach if you are inclined but also very easy and cheap to get a grab or tuk tuk downtown and /or back from Patong for 200baht or less. Hotel also had a regular shuttle bus. Lastly staff at the hotel were so lovely.
