JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an

This was my first time staying at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Qianhai, as we were celebrating my eldest son coming back from the UK. The hotel staff were extremely polite, and the service was attentive everywhere, from the front desk to the 2nd-floor restaurant. However, I still feel that the hotel should offer a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the Shenzhen Bay Port to pick up and drop off guests.

The room is genuinely spacious, a true 50 square meters with no exaggeration. It comes fully equipped with comprehensive, luxury amenities, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The food at the executive lounge is exquisite and delicious; the happy hour is fantastic, the afternoon tea is great, and the outdoor terrace of the lounge offers wonderful views. The hotel location is exceptional, just a few minutes' walk from the Ferris wheel. The front desk staff, executive lounge attendants, and housekeeping staff were all extremely polite.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with fantastic views, right next to the famous Bao'an Library, the theater, and the Ferris wheel. The hotel's exterior and interior are luxurious and high-end, with new and top-notch facilities including a 24-hour gym and a spacious pool. The rooms are comfortable and bright, the capsule coffee machine works wonderfully, and the buckwheat pillows ensure a good night's sleep. The safe provides peace of mind. I particularly loved the large bathtub by the floor-to-ceiling window. It was incredibly relaxing to turn off all the lights in the room, lie in the tub, and watch the lightning and heavy rain outside. The room service staff were friendly, responsive, and provided warm and attentive service, which made me feel both comfortable and reassured. Check-in and check-out were quick and convenient, and the parcel lockers at the entrance are a thoughtful touch. A truly excellent hotel!

Overall, a huge thumbs-up! Everything was fantastic, from the rooms to the overall facilities and the staff. A special shout-out to Cassie from Guest Relations, who called ahead to accommodate my room preferences – so thoughtful and attentive. Niya was professional and incredibly warm, patiently helping throughout our stay, which really made the experience perfect. Also, Sally, who handled our check-in, was meticulous and professional, and the ladies in the executive lounge were kind and patient. The staff we met in the breakfast restaurant, housekeeping, and the lobby were all very professional and enthusiastic. Plus, the pool was incredibly comfortable, with great water quality, excellent facilities, and responsible staff. We'll definitely be back!

The room offered a beautiful view and was well-equipped. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the surrounding transportation was convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen.
