Newport Beach Hotel & Suites

Pet friendly hotel near the beach. The breakfast was pretty dismal but there is a tiny cafe /deli down the street that makes great ice coffee. Flap next door is great. The beach across the street Is overrun with Red Sea **** and smelled awful but second beach is 6 min away. The staff is very nice but cleaning leaves much to be desired. Our bathroom floor was filthy and someone left a pair of underwear in our room that was never cleaned out.

Beds were comfortable Room was clean Shower handle didn’t work properly Front desk was helpful providing beach chairs and towels

Pet friendly. Spacious with a living room and bed room. Close walk to Easton beach and the cliff walk. Staff was super nice. Also free bikes you can rent which is included and awesome

Great location steps from the beach and close to the local attractions. The continental breakfast was a great thing, especially with the kids. Workout room was helpful to maintain my exercise program. They also have beach chairs if you want. Staff was very friendly. Definitely a thumbs up for your Newport trip.

Lisa at the front desk was extremely helpful. The hotel was really nice but could not updated . Great location .

Lovely view of the ocean in our room. The staff was phenomenal. Slightly disappointed in the hot tub condition but with the ocean right there, it wasn’t missed

My room had a beautiful Ocean view the room was extremely clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful .
