Surprisingly good experience at Embassy Suites, Berkeley Heights. We travel a lot for soccer tournaments and we’ve seen some sagging mattresses and sad breakfasts. But this was not that. The room was comfy, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh seasonal fruit and made omelettes were highlights. From the front desk to the dining room—all good!

The best in NJ! Breakfast was great. Beds were sooo comfortable tjat i got the name of them and will biynmy own for my home. Excellent hotel. Rhe only thing its far away from everything else. Its on a business zone.other than thar we will definitely stay there again.

Booked the embassy because usually it’s really clean and nice . This is my 1st at this location. Let’s start with the Pro’s : Omelete station is great you can add options and everything. Although i wish they would’ve have a waffle maker. Parking is great ! Starbucks is right on property! Streamcast on TV’s - whenever i stay somewhere i look forward to this feature so i can resume watchin my shows while im away. Cons: the room was super dusty ! Like dust behind the nightstands , TV and bed. Just shows they do not deep clean and literally only clean the surface to make it appealing. Shower had grime in it and should’ve been cleaned professionally. Looks like they sprayed a bathroom cleaner and wiped it down that’s it. The pull out sofa had food stains on it my husband got an extra sheet so that we can cover it to sit on. Main lobby and amenities seemed cleaned but other than that hallways did not have a great smell and the room was not cleaned thoroughly.

We stay at this hotel every year when visiting family in the area, and it is consistently excellent. Rooms are large and clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful. And the breakfast Canmore be beat!

Some of the least trained hotel receptionist I have seen. Unfriendly, they lie, don’t acknowledge their mistakes.

My room was not available at the check in time. They gave me a key and told me they would call me when it was available, but apparently forgot in the chaos of four weddings. So eventually I just walked up and found my room ready. The room was quiet and clean. The restaurant and bar were too busy for me as a tied a solo traveler to enjoy. Limited if any vegan options at the breakfast buffet—maybe the oatmeal. Obviously this hotel was not designed for me but for throngs of meat eating families there for weddings.

Room and hotel were very clean. Staff at check in was very kind and helpful. Overall nice hotel.
