Viroth's Hotel

I stayed for 3 days and couldn't find a single fault. It was incredibly good value for money. The room facilities were new, and the pool was large and very clean! The service was excellent! You could tell the front desk staff were smiling every time they called you. When you returned to the hotel from outside, someone would offer you a hand towel, and the seated front desk staff would stand up to greet you. On my birthday, when I returned to the hotel, the front desk didn't mention it, but once I got to my room, a group of female staff members knocked on the door, brought me a cake, and sang 'Happy Birthday' with such genuine warmth. You could really feel they were trying to create a surprise for me. Wow, it was truly heartwarming and a wonderfully happy stay. Highly recommended!

This booking exceeded my expectations, it's definitely one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed at in Southeast Asia. The location is right in the city center, making it super convenient to get everywhere. The hotel facilities are very new, the dining is excellent, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming – I almost felt a bit embarrassed, haha. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

They offer a complimentary one-way airport transfer service, and I was picked up in a business van. I heard they even have a vintage Rolls-Royce, which would have been cool to ride in! The environment here is absolutely fantastic, and the service is top-notch, even better than some 5,000 RMB hotels I've stayed at in China. Breakfast was delicious too.

Every time we returned to the hotel, we were offered cold towels, and even on our departure day, they allowed us to use the shower. The staff were all incredibly friendly, polite, and provided tons of useful travel information. The service here was truly exceptional! Breakfast was à la carte, featuring delicious local dishes!

Great service, but there were geckos on the hotel balcony 🦎. Guess it's good for the ecosystem!
