Location is very central, just 5 minutes walk from Airport bus stop and just off main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and light and clean. However, despite requesting a room away from lift it was next to lift. When I checked in was told hotel busy so could not change room. So just a warning that hotel pays no attention to room requests. The hotel was also full of groups so breakfast was very busy with queues for food.

Stayed in a basic room which was more than adequate for a three night stay. The shower was also very nice along with body wash and body lotion. I also used the sauna in the basement, they have them in the changing rooms for the gym., you have to turn it on yourself it takes a good 30mins and it's at a reasonable temperature. There was a very nice lounge area off from reception and you could help yourself to tea and coffee all day. We only realised that on our last day 😏 Breakfast was good for this hotel. I would recommend the hotel and happily stay again. Ps parking is 250nok per 24hrs at hotel.. But after 4pm on a Saturday it's free street parking until 8am Monday morning. We took advantage of this and just paid street parking outside of the hotel for 2hrs for 51nok before leaving on Monday, absolutely safe to do this.

The room was quite spacious, and the family room had two small beds for children, which was very clean. The hot water was great, perfect for the cold and wet weather in Ålesund. Breakfast was decent, not a huge variety, but enough to fill you up. There were many types of fruit. The transportation was convenient, but you absolutely have to pay for parking beforehand, otherwise, you'll get a ticket.

Hotel Noreg family room is exactly like the onsite photos. It is very clean and warm. The space is big enough for four of us. It is located very near to the cruise dock that we are going on.

I love the location, the room upgrade and the hearty breakfast offerings. My special thanks to the frontdesk staff who allowed me to rest in the lounges prior to my early checkin due to an early arrival. Happy to be a repeating customer.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Perfect location to discover all that Ålesund has to offer. Easy to come to the hotel by the shuttlebus from the airport and a few minutes walk. Room, service and breakfast very good. We will come back.

Great location, very convenient to get to by bus from the airport. Got off at the information center and it was an easy walk to the hotel. Close to tourist attractions.
