This hotel was very clean and well-maintained. It was also very close to the subway station, and there was a convenience store-like supermarket nearby. Plus, there was an area with restaurants and other eateries just a little over a 5-minute walk away! The only issues I encountered were that the phone in my room wasn't working (it seemed to be unplugged) and the hairdryer was broken. I couldn't contact the front desk, so I had to go down in person to inform the staff. They quickly found a replacement, but it was quite a hassle. Aside from that, I thought it was a great stay.

This hotel has a lovely, modern design and a fantastic location. It's a 13-minute walk to the city center and just 2 minutes to the Kosmonavtov metro station – truly excellent positioning. The room was spacious and clean, and all the bathroom fixtures were new. I definitely recommend it. The only downside is the breakfast; it's a bit subpar. However, you won't leave hungry.

The rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable, and spacious, with complete and well-equipped facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, varied, delicious, and nutritious. There were also some souvenirs available for purchase in the hotel lobby at reasonable prices.

A good hotel. Conveniently located - close to the metro. Tashkent City Mall is a 20-minute walk away. The room was clean, and water, coffee, and tea were available. The bathroom infrastructure was a bit of a letdown - there were only enough towel hooks for one guest. The breakfasts were good, but it's best to arrive early. Overall, I liked everything.

Great location, close to the metro and the city center. Clean rooms and incredibly friendly staff. On our last day, it was raining heavily in the evening, and I didn't want to go out for dinner. There was a menu in the room, but it turned out to be delivery. The guy at reception was very nice and gave recommendations. They delivered quickly and at a reasonable price. It was the most delicious pilaf I've ever had! Thank you! What I'd like to point out: - We arrived at night and went straight to bed. The room was very cool, and we were absolutely freezing while sleeping. It turned out the radiators were turned off! In December! They could have turned them on before guests arrived, or at least warned us about it. We discovered this by accident the next day and turned them on ourselves. - The bed was very hard and the pillows were high and hard, stuffed. I couldn't sleep like I was on a mountain. I ended up sleeping on a small decorative pillow... Otherwise, everything was great! There were no problems with the doors and the lock, as someone wrote here.

There was a very strange smell in the room. I clearly ordered a 1.3-meter twin bed, but it turned out to be two 1-meter-sized beds, and no extra bed was allowed. The room is too high and not comfortable at all. The lights in the room are warm and white, making it chaotic and unwelcoming. The sound insulation is so poor that a couple in the next room got into a fight and I was afraid of throwing something through the wall. Not to mention breakfast, there is no choice, it is just prepared for you, whether you like it or not is the only thing. All in all, it’s hard to describe. Although it is the capital, this room is really not cheap. It is more expensive than in Beijing. The key is that it is not cost-effective. Also, the switch is at the waist, but the height of the sink is already at the chest level. I don’t know what the designer’s philosophy is! 😅

Check in with caution! cautious! cautious! Please bring your own door stopper! The doors are good and bad (as shown in the picture). There is no safety chain for locking inside the door. And the most terrifying thing is that in the two rooms I have stayed in, even if the door is locked on the inside, the door can be opened on the outside. At three o'clock in the morning, a strange man broke into my room while abroad and pulled out the key card. I was so shaken that I didn't dare to sleep a wink all night. Ctrip customer service communicated immediately, but the very limited safety self-rescue measures could only use a chair in the room to temporarily hold the door. The hotel admitted that it had made a mistake and the door to the changed room still couldn't be locked. Be careful, everyone! This kind of terrifying experience involving personal safety is simply a shadow of travel.
