Facilities: The lobby is great, service is good. The room was a bit noisy but still very convenient. It's next to Siam Square and the university night market, and close to the BTS Skytrain. There are also many 7-Elevens nearby. The room itself was a little basic; the duvet cover was strangely put together with a sheet + a lumpy, thick, pilled fleece blanket + another sheet. The carpet felt a bit dirty.

The breakfast was quite lavish with fresh ingredients and good taste. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major shopping malls. However, being right next to the main road, there's definitely noise, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider. The room facilities could use some improvement.

They really need to improve their Arabic numeral writing. My room number was '1' but written as '4'. Even after confirmation, they insisted it was '4'. It was a hassle going back and forth just to get the room key cards sorted. The room wasn't very clean either; there was still a shampoo sachet left from the previous guest...

The room is always smells moldy. We want to swim on their pool but it looks not clean too, the staff on the pool are also not friendly. The location is really the best thing about this hotel, it is connected right into BTS station.

The lobby is quite beautiful, but the room was rundown and had an unpleasant odor.

Bit of a let down compared to last time. The hotel is fine, but feels dated. No plug sockets by the bed, and the mattresses are quite hard.
The breakfast has had a significant downgrade from my last stay. The spread has shrunk considerably, and there are very few vegetarian options.
I asked at reception if I could have a bottle of water and was told that if I wanted water I should go to 7/11. The rooftop pool was nice, but has got a buildup of black mould inside.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Overall the hotel stay was fine, but lacked the polish and attention to detail I would have hoped. Good for travellers looking for a more basic option, in a central location at a reasonable price.
